New subscriber, but I am most impressed. It took but one video to persuade me to upgrade to a paid subscription. With Qobuz, BPO, Met on Demand and now, Medici (MTV for grownups), I have all the streaming services I need.

4 stars: I will add the 5th when there's an app. Is it forthcoming?

I really enjoy the wide range of available content however i wish the sound was better. I have to watch on tv via a browser which cuts down on the quality of experience. I use a firestick so bringing things up is a bit clunky but i have already watched some hard to find media ehich is very rewarding

It’s impossible to watch Medici on Samsung smart tv- there’s no app and the website on Samsung doesn’t work properly. My claim to your client service left without response. So it wasn’t possible for me to enjoy the free watching at all (it ends on the next Tuesday )

Los usuarios de Android no podemos conectar Medici TV mediante una aplicación, a diferencia de los usuarios de Mac OS que sí que disponen de una aplicación en la AppStore. Para ver un concierto hay que usar Cromecast, lo cual a menudo resulta engorroso. Mi experiencia con MediciTV, durante un año, ha sido buena con respecto a la calidad y cantidad de programas, sin embargo no voy prorrogar mi suscripción. ¡Por favor, una App para Android!

I was really impressed by how I was welcomed as a new subscriber. Medici made it all worthwhile as I had been undecided for months!
I am now delighted to find so much on offer to view especially the concerts, operas and recitals from previous years.
Classical music is evergreen and never grows old.

While in principle a great site, Medici.tv seems to have drastically reduced the available files for viewing. In particular, the documentaries which were very numerous are now reduced to a fraction of what they were recently. Also, the number of operas available has been reduced. I don't regret my subscription, but am disappointed with the reduction of viewing possibilities.

As a music lover of all genres Medici is the answer to my wildest dreams. Its library is not only unmatched anywhere and is enhanced with the highest quality audio/video quality. My membership means that I may never need to buy another dvd again!

Giving gift memberships was very easy and much appreciated. What a great bargain at a 70% discount!

Love Medici for its plethora of magnificent dance and opera. Always discovering something new and exciting featuring marvelous, creative talent. Also, if anything goes wrong, you can actually communicate with someone who will help you repair any glitches.

Very easy to set up using the Roku Smart TV app. Lots of choice. Decent sound quality. Good value reduced annual fee for first year.

MediciTV did make good on this problem and I have upgraded my rating accordingly because the content they provide is excellent. Kudos to Trust Pilot for its crucial role in my achieving a good outcome vis-a-vis this very frustrating situation

I cancelled my subscription prior to expiry date and subscribed using a gift card under a different email address. I have been charged for the gift card and a full year's subscription so I am paying twice for the same subscription. I advised Romy of MediciTV about this and was told a) that I had been advised a month prior about my subscription renewal and b) that I had cancelled my suscription one day too late. I sent Romy and screen shot of my email Inbox showing that I had not received any email regarding renewal of my subscription and know that I cancelled my annual subscription prior to renewal date, based on Eastern Standard Time. I have not heard back from Romy or anyone else at MediciTV customer service, and am now ready to call my Credit Card provider to dispute the charge for the renewal of my annual subscription. I am very unhappy and frustrated about this high-handed and unfair treatment by MediciTV
