I knew exactly what I wanted as my Medicare supplement, just had to call to sign up. Entered my info on Medicare.gov and within a few minutes had an agent from Aflac on the phone. Robert Taylor of TZ Insurance called and I told him what I needed and he was wonderful. Got me signed up at a great premium and was able to give direction and understanding throughout the process. Highly recommend. Signing up for anything over the phone is stressful but he made it a breeze!

After starting the day in a quagmire of questions surrounding my medicare choices, I picked up the phone, and an extremely knowledgeable Mutual of Omaha agent walked me through everything I needed to know. He made me comfortable with my decisions. Wonderful, professional experience!

I dealt with Jamie Knatz. She was super nice and professional. I called to see if I could get cheaper insurance cause the company that I had raised my price up by $50.00. She was able to help me out a lot and I appreciate her so much for doing that for me.

The agent Laniesha Britt was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the insurance plans, both dental and medical that she was able to answer any and all my inquiries. She was also extremely pleasant and respectful and patient with me. Being older you notice these things. I would recommend that she be put in charge of training when it comes to handling customers and their needs, because she is definitely a experienced professional and a angel 😊

When i called about my insurance to be taken over because i needed a lower rate but still the best i could get. He slowly went over the different ways i could go to help me. I ended up with a better policy and my rates was still lower. My dental and vision policies also doubled. He was the best agent ever Robert Taylor with TZ Insurance.

I was so surprised at the cost of this coverage and told my husband to contact Mr. Chatham regarding his coverage plus getting this wonderful coverage plus Medicare Supplement.

She was amazing and was in top of the game when dealing with me. I was very apprehensive about some of the questions and she explained them if we went along and we got through it.
Up and down I wasn't the nicest person to deal with but she hung in there and kept her patients and she was just amazing all the way around.

EXCELLENT CLARITY TO COMPLEX MEDICARE COVERAGE!
Today a heavy burden lifted in moving from Medicare advantage plan back to Medicare supplement Plan because our advantage plans will be discontinued. David Volkert walked my wife and me thru this process very politely with care and understanding our situation and medical needs. His explanations were thorough and understood. We are very thankful He completed this process with us and will be available for future needs.

Sherri Mack was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I had spoken with other representatives from other companies and they were not as knowledgeable as she was. I was fortunate to have had her to guide me through the process.

My agent Dave Volkert with Mutual of Omaha couldn’t have been more helpful. He was kind enough to walk me through everything. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed with him. He’s definitely someone I will call again if I have any questions my medicare. I will also be adding my husband in the next year so Dave Volkert will be my go to agent. Mutual of Omaha is a great company to work with.
