Everything from the beginning right to the end was perfect. The care we received, communication with consultat Izzy, doctor Melike, hospital staff, couldn’t prasie them enough. Strongly recommending Medical Prime in istanbul for cosmetic procedures

The support staff Shamira and Merva were absolutely fantastic, really helpful, spoke English and so caring. Merva was waiting outside the hospital when I arrived, came to my car and took me straight up. They were both with me throughout my pre and post surgery in Turkey and the aftercare support from them via WhatsApp is the best ever, no matter the time or day. They went above an beyond to support me, helped me get ready, took me to exchange money, helped me buy some essentials, came to my visits with the surgeon and helped ask some questions to make sure I was supported and comfortable. There was no waiting around for surgery, all tests done on time, quickly and efficiently which was great. The surgeon is great, listened to what I wanted and had everything prepped. The only slight concern was at night the over stay in the hospital, none of the nurses spoke English so had to use Google translate which was difficult when in post surgery pain, and the pain killers post surgery while in hospital was not consistent at all during the 2 night stay which made it uncomfortable.

İngilizce ve Rusça tercüman eşliğinde tıbbi yardım almak çok güzeldi. Yani doktorun tavsiyeleri çok daha netti. Çevirmenler çok cana yakın ve her zaman yardıma hazır. Çalışmanız için çok teşekkür ederim.

The medical prime team are amazing. They work so hard to make sure you have the best experience. The facilities were great with no waiting, all tests were scheduled exactly when needed with no waiting. The Doctors were excellent ensuring I was aware and safe at all stages of the procedure. At all times I was supported by 1 of 2 English speaking support interpreters. Following the procedure I met nutritionists and doctor to plan for my recovery. I was given all medicines required and support aftercare. The hotel was really nice, and in a great area. I would highly recommend Medical Prime. Particularly Shamira and Merve as they really supported and went above and beyond my expectations.

Everything was great, but I would of liked to be proposed more smaller implant and not only 3 to have more choice and reflection. The surgeron did a fantastique job. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience with Medical Prime Turkey. I had been speaking to Katia for about a year and a half but because of covid travelling wasn't possible. She was very communicative and helpful through out the entire process! I ended up having a rhinoplasty, chin liposuction and buccal fat removal in February. I am extremely happy with the results and I'll be recommending Medical Prime Turkey to all my friends! If I ever want to get anything else done in the future, I'll be coming here for sure. Ma fille a été faire une sleeve en turquie nous avons fait confiance a medical prime toute l équipe était au top a l ecoute disponibilité sympathique toujours la pour notre bien être. Nous somme tombé sur des professionnels qui se souci de nous et de nos demandent medecin à l écoute et qui passe nous voir souvent ces plutôt rare ici en France. Je voudrai remercier Katia et salma qui ont été toujours dispo pour nous se sont 2 superbe personne qui ont le cœurs sur la mains et surtout qui ont de l empathie et sa ces primordiale dans le cas d une opération. De l aéroport a la clinique a l hôtel prise en charge total. Nous somme ma fille et moi même réparti très contente. A refaire inchaallah. Je conseille vivement cette clinique car ils sont au top du top .

En décembre 2021 je me suis fait opérer de deux opérations réparatrice que en France aucun médecin voulais faire le nez et la poitrine. J'ai fais confiance a MEDICAL PRIME 🇹🇷 les médecins ont fait du bon travail je suis vraiment satisfaite du résultat et l'équipe médicale et vraiment au top je vous remercie vraiment Katia qui et a l'écoute qui m'a pas lâcher c'est une femme qui a de bon conseil qui a aucune méchanceté ​que je n'oublierai jamais en plus c'est une magiciennes elle m'a même fais coiffer mes cheveux par une coiffeuse qui travaille à la clinique la coiffeuse était dans les parages et Katia ma dit tu veux être coiffer j'ai dû oui et voilà la coiffeuse vient me coiffer 🤭j'ai vraiment été bien accueilli que ça soit. lhôtel et la Clinique

Il y a quelques temps je suis retournée chez moi, j'étais à Izmir où je faisais une opération Mammaire. Avant de décider où je devais faire mon opération je suis tombée sur Katia. Cette femme qui est très compétente, très disponible avant même que je sois sa patiente, elle a été très gentille, très compréhensive et très patiente, les mots me manquent tellement cette femme a été un diamant. Depuis le début de mon séjour elle était à mes côtés, à chaque instant elle était à mon chevet.Mon opération s'est très bien passée. Je tenais vraiment à remercier toute l'équipe, Katia en particulier. Si quelqu'un a la moindre hésitation, ou le moindre doute, vous pouvez vous l'enlever dès maintenant, ils ont fait pour moi plus que ce qu'ils ne devaient. Je suis rentrée depuis aujourd'hui une semaine et je continue d'être écoutée et suivie à distance! Merci beaucoup à eux !

I came back home few days ago, I was in Izmir where I was doing breast surgery. Before deciding where I should do my operation, I came across Katia. This woman is very helpful and always available even before I were her patient. She is very kind, understanding and patient. I can't even have the right words to describe her . She is simply a diamond. Since the beginning of my stay she was by my side. My operation went very well. I really wanted to thank the whole team, Katia in particular. If someone has the slightest hesitation about getting work done at this clinic, don't worry anymore . They are great and have been doing more than they should . I've been home for a week by now and they still assist me whenever I need it . Thank you very much again for everything.

Je suis partie faire une augmentation mammaire, j’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour. Le résultat est magnifique. Les infirmières ont été adorables, la chirurgienne aussi! Bonjour je suis une femme de 45 ans et j’ai 3 enfants. J’ai réfléchi pendant des années pour avoir le courage de refaire ma poitrine j’étais complexée mais finalement avec le soutien et l’écoute de médical prime et la chirurgienne qui m’a tellement bien comprise ce que j’attendais de cette opération et le résultat et tout simplement magnifique je pense que je n’aurais jamais dû attendre si longtemps pour me faire opérer je me sens tellement mieux dans mon corps de femme merci beaucoup et un remerciement particulier pour Katia qui à chaque étape était présente pour moi et m’a soutenu à chaque moment.

Cela fait 7 jours que l’opération a eu lieu.
Katia a assuré notre prise en charge de l’aéroport jusqu’au retour à l’aéroport également. Elle est très professionnelle et bienveillante. Heureusement qu’elle était là ! L’hôpital est très propre. Les infirmières sont très gentilles. La chirurgienne m’a conseillé et je ne regrette pas de lui avoir fait confiance. J’adore ma nouvelle poitrine. Les prothèses utilisées sont de la marque POLYTECH.
L’hôtel dans lequel j’ai été hébergé était très propre, classe. (Groupe Marriott)
Je suis très contente d’être partie en Turquie me faire opérer. J’ai eu un meilleur service que j’aurais obtenu en France, et la qualité de la prestation est la même ! Je recommande à 100% cette clinique.

I am from the Netherlands, And I had a gastric sleeve operation done at medical prime turkey. I have been treated very well by all staff and recommend it to everyone. katja & defne were our guest women and they helped us with everything and even now you can always contact them. I traveled from Germany and had nosejob at medical prime. Team was very thoughtful and lovely. Consultant followed my recovery as well. Its been 6 months on recovery.

Honestly i can't say anything but thank you, to the doktor and his medical team, they arrange everything so softly and so professionally that i felt really nothing but comfort and save. İ had my surgery two weeks ago and so far im so satisfied with the result and the healing plan for the next 2 months.

I was 2 times their. My first operation was tummy tuck and the second one was bbl with silicone for my butt. I loveee the resultttt! I never thought my body will be so beautiful like now because I really struggled with my body but bow I’m the happiest. I love everything about my flight, hotel the doctor and about the people who were with me all the time. Their name was katja and defne. They were with me most of the time to help me and after few days they took me out. If I again do an operation I will go back to Them bacause they did a great job!!!
