My experience at Medical of Istanbul was phenomenal. They provide all of the logistics you’ll need from the time you arrive at the Istanbul airport till the time you leave. The clinic was very clean and had a luxurious feel. The doctors & nurses are all very knowledgeable and professional. My personal point of contact was with Ali, who displayed the utmost hospitality and went out of his way to make sure all of my questions were answered. Overall this was a 10/10 experience!

First of all, I was not happy with the result of my hair transplant after over 1 year and did not want to return for another one. After some time of negotiations, Medical of Istanbul did the right thing, and I’m pleased with the outcome of the situation.

I will say Ali is a wonderful human being and a true brother. He will do anything to make you happy and put things right. I have debated going back for a second transplant but may consider it in the future. The transplant outcome just wasn’t as good as I hoped, but the company did right in the end, and I give them credit for that.

My husband had an hair transplant 1 years ago We are so gradfull to Medical of Istanbul. He changed comletelty to different person. I love his change so much. BEST

The worst! Do not book with them! They canceled me the day before procedure! After i landed to istanbul! The person speaking to you also tryed to make me pay cash and charged an extra 400$ so he could keep it for himself!

I had my hair transplant here yesterday and it’s been an amazing experience. From start to finish I was treated so well, Ali has been absolutely brilliant with all the help and his team done such an amazing job. I would recommend going here to anyone. They look after you so well and make the procedure super easy. I never felt nervous or in pain at all and I’m so happy with the results! Can’t wait to see how it’s going in a few months time.

Amazing experience, the team was welcoming and they beautifully took care of me. Very well organised and assisted, during and post surgery.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ali from the onset who put me at ease immediately and instilled me with confidence and reassurance with how Medical of Istanbul operate. There was no pressure and no rush from Ali to have me ‘signed up’ compared to my experience with at least two other companies I had approached. Ali’s professionalism and conduct in how he managed everything from inception to the end is unrivalled. He also extended his level of care and courtesy to my family who had been visiting with me. The after care has been impressive - with Ali at hand for any advice/guidance and always answers messages immediately and always available to call/video call. I am so happy I had come across this medical in Instabul. I came all the way from Canada to get my hair transplant. Which was the longest flight of my life but also very worth it!! As soon I arrived at their medical and met Ali, all my worries were so much at ease. I was taken with so much care on the day of surgery and all of the other staff were so kind as well. Ali supported me throughout out the whole process making sure that I'm doing good and if I needed anything. I was very very relaxed and felt I was in complete good hands. All of the other staff were amazing and professional. Each staff was assigned carefully with their own part making it a smoother process. So thank you to everyone and Ali for all your true hard work. It's been a wonderful experience and I'm very grateful for everything

Sou a Ana de Portugal e fui acompanhar o meu marido que foi realizar um transplante capilar nesta clinica, na Turquia em Istambul. Só tenho a dizer bem desta clinica e de toda a equipa. O acompanhamento que fizeram ao meu marido foi 5 estrelas. Acompanharam nos durante todo processo, desde a tomada de decisão de fazer o procedimento nesta clinica até ao pós operatorio, sempre que temos alguma duvida falamos com eles e respondem logo, são muito prestáveis. Honestly impressed from the get go, such great people and you can tell they absolutely really do care .

They were so professional. They made the process so easy and smooth. I was very well informed throughout the process. Сервис на высоте.Сделают переднюю линию,как вы мечтали. Встретили,поселили в отель,рассмотрели варианты передней линии,и сделали операцию. На следующий день сделали промывку и трансфер отвез в аэропорт. До операции и после операции персонал общается в чате и контролирует каждый шаг процедуры.Всем доволен,жду результата.
