Mi sono trovata bene soprattutto con i ragazzi Ettore e Samuel ,Sono accoglienti e sempre presenti prima durante e dopo l’operazione sono anche super gentili .
Sono felice di aver scelto scelto questa clinica , comincio già a vedere i primi risultati , super consigliata !

Soffrivo di perdita di capelli dall'età di 18 anni e stavo valutando un trapianto già da anni, dopo aver iniziato le cure dai tricologi. Non era il primo preventivo che ho fatto con le varie cliniche ma la cosa ceh mi ha colpito di medart è stata il loro approccio non rivolto al marketing ma al paziente. Infatti, il consulente italiano Samuel è stato, a differenza degli altri consulenti con cui ho parlato di altre cliniche, per niente pressante e si vedeva che ci teneva al paziente e non a vendermi un prodotto. Oltre a ciò, è stato veramente sempre disponibile a rispondermi ai messaggi a partire dal pre e a finire al post. Il trapianto l'ho effettuatoil 13 settembre 2025 con un viaggio di gruppo organizzato con lo youtuber Ettore Casolin, che ringrazio veramente per tutto, anche personalmente. Ho trovato un ambiente in clinica innanzitutto pulito e confortevole ma anche estremamente professionale, a partire dalla proprietaria Rose che è stata molto presente durante tutta la giornata e mi ha mandato anche un messaggio durante la prima sera per chiedermi come stessi. L'approccio usato è molto orientato al paziente, facendo loro pochi trapianti al giorno danno la possibilità di seguire ogni paziente nel suo percorso singolarmente. Il chirugo, dottor Sumer, è stato anch'egli molto professionale e mi sono sentito da subito in buone mani, sono molto contento del disegno dell'hairline che mi ha disegnato e consglio veramente perché fa delle hairline molto naturali e ha un approccio conservativo con le uf ma allo stesso tempo fa i calcoli necessari per coprire l'area con una densità adeguata. Anche l'equipe che mi ha operato è stata veramente molto professionale, con il chirurgo che controllava ogni tanto e mi ha fatto lui le incisioni oltre che ettore e samuel sempre presenti durante l'operazione che mi hanno accompagnato praticamente come due amici. Il post intervento anche sei seguito molto bene da samuel e dalla clinica, rispondono veramente h24 7/7 e sono veramente di una professionalità estrema. Leggevo su internet cose orripilanti sui post trapianti in alcune cliniche e devo dire che con loro non ho dovuto preoccuparmi di niente. Un ringraziamento anche a ettore che mi ha accompagnato e durante la prima sera (abbastanza tosta per chiunque faccia un trapianto) mi ha portato anche delle bottiglie d'acqua in camera senza volere i soldi indietro. Sono stato praticamente seguito da un amico e, essendo il mio accompagantore venuto meno all'ultimo per cause di forza maggiore, è stato fondamentale. Ora devo aspettare il risultato con tanta pazienza e spero che vada tutto al meglio così come tutta l'esperienza. Grazie a tutti!

I had my hair transplant at MedArt Hair Clinic with Dr. Aykut Sümer, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I actually had the procedure done on my birthday — and it truly felt like the best gift I could have given myself.

From the very first consultation, Dr. Sümer was patient, detailed, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident.

The clinic team — especially Rose, Adem, and my wonderful translator Şevval — were exceptional. They guided me through every step of the process, always making sure I felt supported and informed.

The nurses and technicians were also incredibly friendly and professional. They even played Turkish music during the procedure, which made the entire experience calm and pleasant.

Very nice place, you wont feel like a number. They took time to provide détails and answer all questions. Result after 4 months is really nice and they still follow me. Place is very clean. Transport was great. I highly recommend Medart. 5 star service and accomodation.

From start to finish was first class.

I originally deposited with another clinic but something didn't feel right with them. So I reached out to medart after more research. Bilal was my first contact and was excellent at all the questions I asked and working with me to get booked in.

Once booked-

Flew out the day before (collected by the clinic ) and taken to the hotel

Day 2 - picked up again swiftly and taken to the clinic to get blood work done and remaining payment. I was greeted by Rose who was exceptional at translation, procedures and any questions I had.

Day 3- taken back to the clinic and applied first wash. To top off the service I was recommended to take finasteride as my old hair was showing signs of weakness and the clinic gave me a years supply for no extra.

Overall im only writing this on Day 3 and will keep updating on results. I'm highly confident that every step was done professionally and will have no problem recommending them to other people (especially in doubt )

All in all so far 5 star service from start to finish.

They worked with my extremely tight and changing schedule and delivered great care and awesome results. My flight got canceled and changed, so I was not able to make it in my appointment day, and I was not able to change my return flight for a later date, so the whole team was nice enough to come in on their day Off and do the procedure! While some other facilities told me that I would not be a good candidate, Medart gave me confidence and hope and mostly the results I hoped for... From no hair to show hair, lol. I had my hair transplanet surgery here at Medart hair in Istanbul...I traveled all the way from California after I had heard good repetition about this clinc from all of my friends and relatives whom did their hair transplanet here at Medart hair clinc ... First I had nice conversation with Rose on what's app she's extremely polite educated and ready to help with any question I have ... I sent her photos for my frontal and back hair just a day latter I received pdf file from here explaining the situation of my hair and what they can do for me looks all good with the cost of the package which included the clinc cost plus the hotel to stay in on them and any transportation from the minute I got to the airport till I leave ... went there found everything as expected did the operation got first wash the next day got all medicine needed and washing products then rest one more day at the hotel then the driver arrived to get me back to the airport ... today 2 weeks after the operation feeling good my new hair looks in good condition still need little time to see the final results in about 6 months.. nothing to complain about absolutely recommending Medart hair clinc to anyone looking to do his hair transplanet..Dr sumer ,Rose,nurses and the whole team absolutely nice and professional

She also was of great help once arriving to Istanbul, during the surgery, and with post op care. Total grafts: 4300 (I was originally quoted 3800, but they gave me more without charging extra — that says a lot about their ethics).

Post-Op & Recovery:
