Easy to order. Arrived quickly. The booklet with photos showing useful points to place the pods is very handy. I've used a 10s machine on a regular basis. My old one is nearly 40 years old so I decided to upgrade. Very simple to set up and use. Only tried the 1st programme but was impressed especially with not having to jiggle around with wires Think more pads are needed to be really versatile.

Bought the single channel unit direct from med-fit. Price is very reasonable with the added discount from VAT.
I've previously been using a wired system from a competitor and whilst it was satisfactory the opportunity to try a wire free option was worth the try.
I've got to say I am delighted with the purchase and experience to date. The remote is easy to use and understand and it is easy to pair the module and remote. The available programmes are adequate for my condition of lower backpain.
Programme 1 is ideal for pain relief and I like the fact that it is a continuous sensation rather than a pulsed sensation.
I use programme 8 for ems and hope that over time it will strengthen my back muscles and in the evening I have a session with programme 9 to relax my back.
Battery life is ok and you can get 4 sessions between charges and the absence of wires makes it so much more convenient.
A belt clip for the remote would be nice. However I managed to source a small pouch that clips onto my belt for easy storage while using the unit.
To early to comment on electrode life but by the feel of them I think 3 or 3 weeks is likely.
For the money this is aa great system that I am 100 % satisfied with and would happily recommend med-fit.

Fast delivery, great product, well packaged.

Instructions are a little bit confusing but fine once I got going. Everything is as it should be, all except for one of the large pads. When I removed it from my back all the sticky gel remained stuck to my skin. I managed to peel it off and stick it back in the pad. It's a bit curled up now. Not sure how that will affect how it works now

I emailed Med Fit with some questions about the wireless TENS and had an almost immediate reply. Easy to order. Speedy delivery and found to be excellent quality. My husband has had a painful back for years which affects any physical work and long walks. I can’t believe that he has used it for 3 days and has had amazing results. We have just moved 2 tons of topsoil during which time he has been pain free. He’s looking forward to trying TENS on a long walk. He is happy with the results so far

I used to joke that NHS stood for No Hope Service.
But, with ever-longer delays in booking routine appointments, "corridor-care" nightmares and other obvious failings, I doubt if anyone is laughing anymore.
And that's why I've just encountered Med-Fit for the first time
Having to wait more than a month for a routine visit to see a so-called "muscular skeletal specialist" at my East Riding surgery, I decided that my continuing rotator cuff pain was worth addressing in a more direct manner.
Paracetamol does little to ease the misery of such conditions, so, in desperation, I researched the supposed advantages of TENS devices, opting for a top-line model directly from Stockport-based Med-Fit.
The complete kit of remote-control, four individual wireless modules, electrode pads and associated charger and leads arrived within two days and, so far, I can only award it five stars.
Almost everything about the product oozes quality, the only exception being the accompanying literature which is full of typographical errors.
Considering that Med-Fit is so exceptionally well-engineered, in fact, makes it even more astonishing that such issues ever saw the light of day.
But, with that said, I'd hate anyone to be deterred from buying this product.
Everything about the device works flawlessly and, after just two days of use, I'm optimistic that this TENS pain-reliever is beginning to produce positive results.
I don't equate any of this to a placebo effect, especially since so many independent and other specialists report good outcomes using such equipment.
The "jury" - in this case my right arm and shoulder - is still out when considering its long-term verdict, but, so far, the signs are promising.
I'll have a better idea when my experience with Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation has had a four-week trial.
By then, of course, I'll still be waiting for my initial consultation with the NHS's muscular skeletal specialist. You never know...
He might even suggest that I try a TENS machine. Been there, done it, but can't get the T-shirt on!

Easy to use, pity about all the follow up questions

I'm disappointed with my Med Fit Pro 1 ultrasound device. I bought it to replace an older device made by another manufacturer who no longer exists. I'd been using the old one with great success for over 20 years.
The Med Fit one didn't have a therapeutic effect on my pain problems and it actually hurt with a sudden sharp pain in some areas. My old device didn't do this and I could often feel a gentle, soothing vibration in my tissues. The Med Fit has no such effect.
I'm guessing, but I can only assume that the effect is different because my old machine probably produced ultrasound via a quartz crystal, whereas the Med Fit possibly uses an artificial piezoelectric material. That's my assumption, not definite fact.
Also, the control buttons are easy to press by accident if you are using the device on your side or back.
My old device beeped when it had finished a cycle. The Med Fit doesn't beep and, if you can't see it, you only know it's finished when the heat disappears (or it stops issuing sharp pain in places!).
My old one broke. I wish I'd made more effort to get it repaired instead of throwing it away.

I have a sacroiliac joint injury and my physio suggested a tens machine.
I googled the ‘best tens machine ’ and ‘med fit’ combo 3 came up as the best.
I have used it and can feel it stimulating, massaging and activating my muscles.
