I already have 1 camera and both my husband and I are able to see the live feed on our mobiles.
We needed another camera for a blindspot, and to our misfortune, decided to try this camera instead of another the same as our original one.
The English in the instructions is poor and it was difficult to work out what to do, however, with the aid of a (very small) video, we managed. BUT we are only able to get alerts on the second mobile, not live feed. I have asked to return it (as per website) and have had 2 'fobbing off' emails, telling me how to get it to work. However, the English in these emails was not easily understandable either, but as far as I can work out, we have done what they are saying and this does not enable us to get the 2 live feeds.
I have now mailed them to say if they will not give me a returns label I will raise a dispute with my bank.
I should have checked more carefully as to whether this company was based UK based, although the website did state that it was despatched in the UK
