My friend came up from Yorkshire to play bingo at Mecca Gateshead she couldn’t believe how rude some of the staff were the lady who calls board bingos all so the same person was shouting over to the other box to one of the staff when the link bingo was in . I am not impressed at all as a 76 pensioner I am very deaf and wear hearing aids and when she tells you what colour is free I cannot hear her as she is not clear. I did not enjoy my evening out at Mecca bingo Gateshead also where the counters are are filthy full of food and just disgusting many people use these so the containers they sit in should be cleaned often . Some of your staff do not make you feel welcome especially the caller so won’t be bringing my friend from Yorkshire again there is no atmosphere you should send your staff to Buzz bingo at metro centre all the staff are so nice and helpful.

Played 2 games on sunday, bigger piggy bank and bigger piggy christmas bank and both were paying quite well. Then suddenly couldnt get into either of them an error code came up saying reload. It remained all day and is still doing it today. There is no help just says go to settings etc. However I went to another site and both were playing fine so nothing to do with my equipment its mecca that did it. So 2 of my fave games can no longer play. You need to get some proper helplines.

So that is the last time I will be playing on Mecca Bingo online.
I have been a member of Mecca Bingo for around 20 years. Attend both in clubs and play on line.
On Saturday 7th February 2026 I was award 50p bonus which I used on the Fruit Shop game. I managed to get a free spin feature and accumulated approx. £9 something.
Then the screen basically said i had no balance and the winnings were not showing.
I contacted support. And was told that a query had been raised with the tech team.

I have no heard any for a few day to contact again today Tuesday 10th Feb, to be told that the technical team need 10 to 15 working days to resolve it.

Now why??? Does it take that long. Apparently they may need to contact the game provider.
However, really deposits and spins are all instant. As soon a you want something from them its long delays.

I the been disappointed in Mecca for a while now. Even more so now.
And my play will be stopping.

The change in the amount of tickets in each room is shocking, whoever is stupid enough to buy max tickets needs tor realise its not worth it for the full house prize in most rooms now! Pure greedy from mecca, but still the same names always winning in the same rooms, this site needs shut down
