Listing services they don t actually do
some of their services which are listed on their website, mass spectrometry ones such as " Pesticide residue screening (extensive package)" are not actually available. Had to wait 4 working days to find that out, no resolution no other options were offered, just a basic mail declining it. I worked with them in the past on other types of analyses and they were ok, but it seems that changed.

Hello and sorry about the poor communication on our side. I can assure we offer the pesticide residue screening package, just not for fresh foods in Romania. Fresh foods need to be analysed within 24 hours of sampling, or otherwise the result will not represent the original food matrix. We assume certain responsibility of our results and can't provide results that are not representative. Logistics from Romania to our lab takes more than 24 hours so there is no easy way to offer this service in your location.
Again, sorry for letting you down like this. We'll improve the copy on our website to take better into account different locales. Moreover, instead of a generic email we aim to improve our reasoning and empathy in situations where we explain to customers what tests we can and cannot do in which locations.
