Very good service from start to finish,
My only criticism is postage for every thing ordered charging per item £7 is a little bit much, when it costs more than item purchased.

Updated - the different boards are NOT as robust at all and charging the same for poorer quality thinner cords is not good business in my eyes, I feel completely cheated now!! The cords are useless!!
I have ordered hat boxes a number of times but the standard doesn't compare to other suppliers, even the cords on the last order were poor compared to the last time I ordered from the Bag and Box Company, now Meanwell, I don't think I'll be ordering from Meanwell again.

Dear Christine, although the board we use has changed recently the boxes are still as robust, the cords are a little thinner at the moment because of supply issues. We value your custom and hope we will see you again. Kind regards, Meanwell Packaging.

These are good hat boxes.
These are good hat boxes and arrived really quickly. One small issue, when I went on You Tube to see how to assemble the critical part was distorted. But I saw enough to manage. This is a class product!!

Dear Suzy. We are sorry to hear that the video for the hatbox assembly is not 100% clear, thank you for making us aware of this, we shall look into this. I wonder as you did like the hatboxes if you would mind changing your star rating, Many Thanks Meanwell Packaging
