I have completed many surveys with LifePoints and recently- some rather frustratingly when they have frozen and you don’t then revive the points (even if you are right at the end). Recently I was invited to complete 2 more. One being a survey that was supposed to last an hour - it took 4. And then I was asked to install RealityMeter for 4 weeks and at the end I would recieve £20 work of points. I did this and then at the end of this time had to email only to be told oh you only get £20 if you installed it on your computer as well. This was not made known to me as if it had been I would have declined as I don’t own a computer! When I challenged this i was told all I would be getting was 700 points. It then also turns out the points are not the equivalent in money. So 700 points is not £7 as you would believe. No support from Customer Service who are trying to make this my issue

A mi me ha pagado, ha tardado 4 días y he recibido el dinero en mi Paypal. Sé que antes tardaba menos, pero me ha pagado.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con esta aplicación ha sido bastante negativa. Después de dedicar tiempo a responder varias encuestas, me bloquearon sin ninguna explicación. Me parece una falta de respeto hacia los usuarios, ya que se aprovechan de nuestra participación y luego simplemente nos excluyen.

Además, no permiten canjear el saldo acumulado, lo cual es muy frustrante considerando el tiempo invertido. He notado que esto no es un caso aislado: a varias personas cercanas les ha pasado exactamente lo mismo.

Por todo esto, no recomiendo para nada esta aplicación. Ojalá puedan mejorar la transparencia y el trato hacia los usuarios.

Pasé varios años sin problemas, pero últimamente parece que bloquean las recompensas, se quedan con la cantidad y alegan "falta de calidad" para bloquear las cuentas sin ninguna explicación. Te dejan acumular puntos y, cuando intentas canjear la recompensa, bloquean la cuenta. He visto que le hacen esto a mucha gente en los últimos meses. Totalmente desaconsejado. Se han convertido en una estafa. ¿Será que para aumentar los ingresos se quedan con las recompensas de sus miembros y los expulsan sabiendo que siempre hay otros que desean hacerlas? Qué lástima.

Ahuevo los estafe a los boludos estos carnales no saben que tengo multicuenta y aunque me banearon la anterior sin razón ya logré crear otra y con esa estoy ganando plata

Kann mich meinen Vorgängern nur anschließen.
Plötzlich und ohne Grund wurde Konto gesperrt und die bis dato gesammelten Punkte waren weg.
Auch ich bekam nur eine Wischi Waschi Erklärung und Verweis auf die AGB 's.
Am besten fand ich den Satz:
"Sicherheitsgründen kann ich keine spezifischen Details zur Sperrung oder den dabei verwendeten Kriterien mitteilen."
Wollen die einen verarschen oder denken man ist blöd?
Saftladen! Erst fleißig Daten sammeln und dann abservieren.
Die dämlichen Antworten, die hier alle zu ihrer Bewertung bekommen haben, können sie sich schenken.
Ich habe auch immer ALLE Umfragen gewissenhaft beantwortet.
2 oder 3 Mal musste ich abbrechen, weil sich die Umfragen aufgehängt hatten.
Habe dann aber auch angegeben, dass sie "kaputt" war.
Ich kann nur davon abraten sich dort anzumelden.

Let op je wordt hier opgelicht!!! Zoals in meerdere recensies te lezen is, word je account op een gegeven moment opgeschort. Je krijgt dan een standaard mail en zij hebben jouw punten, dus jouw verdiende geld. Ga hier niet aan beginnen, er zijn echt betere betrouwbare websites en apps. Deze ervaring wordt dus met veel mensen gedeeld, zij komen vast en zeker weer met een standaard onzin feedback op mijn review. Geloof dit niet mensen! U bent gewaarschuwd.

Llevo tiempo usando LifePoints, respondiendo encuestas con dedicación y acumulando puntos para canjear. De un día para otro, me suspendieron la cuenta sin explicación alguna. Ni una advertencia, ni un motivo válido. Simplemente me bloquearon y perdí todo lo que había ganado.Intenté contactar al soporte, pero es una vergüenza: respuestas automáticas, cero interés en ayudar y cero soluciones. Es evidente que cuando te acercas al mínimo para cobrar, te eliminan para no pagarte.ADVERTENCIA A QUIENES ESTÉN PENSANDO EN REGISTRARSE: No pierdan su tiempo. Esta plataforma no es confiable. Si valoras tu tiempo y esfuerzo, busca otras opciones. Aquí solo juegan contigo hasta que ya no les convienes.
En fin 800 puntos a la basura ,a ellos genial se ahorran el paguito..

Llevo desde lifepoints un año hace unos dias no podia canjear ( raro raro) me salió un cartel contacta con soporte con la sorpresa que he sido suspendido , pues nada que os den y más os vale que borréis mis datos en los 30 dias sino procederé a denunciaros .
Gente No os registréis por 5€ de m ..No vale la pena sufrir esta empresa usurera tiene el peor soporte que parece que responde un bot en vez de un humano.
Avisados estáis y ahorraros el mensaje genérico bla bla bla has infringido nuestros terminos ,os digo por donde me los paso .
Pd: leed la respuesta genérica que le dan a todos ,es la misma ,lo dicho me rio fuerte de vosotros ,son tan cobardes que ni te dicen la razon y se escudan dicho por otros en no darte ninguna razón ,ojalá que un dia alguien que con una IA os responda todas las encuestas es lo que os merecéis nada más.
Yo también me tomo muy en serio mi tiempo y desde luego esta página es un cachondeo .

01/01/26 Me dí de baja, porque ignoraron la reclamación. No recomiendo el sitio.

"Tu cuenta›Saldo de su cheque regalo›Canjea tu Tarjeta regalo de ....
Este cheque ya se ha aplicado a tu cuenta".
Sin resolver hasta la fecha, reclamé el 1 de julio, y me contestan en diferentes ocasiones, que me enviaron un correo con el cheque regalo ese, por error

I am sad to join the chorus here of people who have been shut down without warning and points confiscated due to poor "quality standards".

I completely do not accept this - I am a member of several other panels who have no problems with me nor issues with paying out. Of course they refuse to give any specific reason or evidence.

I have been interested to see an apparent divergence between the "main" Lifepoints site reviews on Trustpilot (which is mixed but mostly positive) and a couple of smaller ones; notably the UK and Italy. The latter are overwhelmingly negative and reflect my own experience. Likewise in Australia (where I live), local review sites are equally damning.

Are international sites run differently? Who knows. But in the meantime, I adding my voice to any potential Aussie users of Lifepoints - stay away. Check out our home-grown review sites and listen to everyone's experiences there, and don't let them take your time and money.

Konto wird auf einmal gesperrt mit dem Verweis auf AGB.
Punkte können dann nicht mehr eingelöst werden. Reaktionen auf Bewertungen werden schnippisch und oberflächlich kommentiert. Das sagt schon ALLES

Mein Konto wurde ohne Vorwarnung, völlig unbegründet und ohne jegliche Erklärung gesperrt. Alle gesammelten Punkte sind ersatzlos verfallen. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir eine Begründung verweigert – ein inakzeptables Vorgehen.

Ich habe alle Umfragen stets ehrlich und gewissenhaft ausgefüllt und sehe keinerlei Anlass für diese Sperrung. Leider entsteht der Eindruck, dass dies ein System sein könnte, um Auszahlungen gezielt zu vermeiden – auch wenn von Liftpoints behauptet wird, dem sei nicht so.

Ein derart intransparenter und unfairer Umgang mit Nutzer:innen ist absolut enttäuschend

Wie hier in den restlichen Bewertungen lässt sich ein absolut berechnendes Vorgehen von Lifepoints feststellen unter dem Deckmantel der "Standarts" !!

They decided i could not be any more i feel it could be ageist thing but they said i answered questions wrong .
They gave no warning so i still had points i would not want anyone to amount points like i did then get blocked
Its very hard to be told you are dis honest at 71 i felt humiliated just a warning 6 months ago this happened

Die ersten paar Auszahlungen haben reibungslos geklappt, 15 Punkte vor der nächsten Auszahlung hatte ich plötzlich seit über 1 Woche keine neuen Umfragen mehr. Auf Nachfrage beim Support teilte man mir mit, dass mein Konto gesperrt wäre und den Grund könnte ich in den Geschäftsbedingungen nachlesen. Ich habe die Geschäftsbedingungen gelesen und gegen NICHTS verstoßen. Einfach nur dreist und frech🤬

I am disgusted with Life points. I have tried numerous times to redeem points which I have supplied my data and completed surveys which take time. I have tried numerous times and an error message flags up! I have sent countless messages for help along with screenshots but nothing from them. They then suspended my account and refuse to answer. I'm am absolutely raging and all I can say, don't use this company! Zero communication, take your data and information but refuse to reimburse or even solve the problem. I doubt even with this review they will do anything at all. Avoid at all costs! 😡

Stay well away from this bunch of thieving bastards. They steal all your personal information and completed surveys then don't pay you, hiding behind lame excuses about the standard of your responses and security reasons. They are scammers and I've reported them to the relevant agencies who assure me I'm far from the only one complaining about them while they look into their dodgy dealings. STAY AWAY, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CUSTOM. Stick to reputable survey sites such as Hey Piggy and Ipsos I Say, they are genuine and pay out.
