I don't have a lot of confidence in these people

They called a few days after they got my money. They really knew nothing about my case. And they told me it could take up 2 years when I was informed to begin with that it would take 3 to 4 months they now have my money, and I have a long-term loan. And they don't seem to know anything about my case. It does not fill me with a lot of confidence. I was very excited and confident after I talked to Marilyn at the loan company. But once I talk to the attorney's office, I'm now worried you told us to be honest, so that's what I'm doing.

Carlos is someone who cares

At first I was skeptical

At first I was skeptical about working with a company to escape the fraud perpetrated on me by Titan Solar and their preferred finance company. But after speaking with Earl Kapule, I found out that this was a common thing and that the company he works for could easily help me fix this situation.

Solar Cancellation and Freedom

What made this experience great was Modern Financial's promptness (mdrnfinancial.com) in getting back to me. Once they made contact we were introduced to a senior intake expert with over 10 years experience. He was professional and detailed in what we needed to know, while at the same time he was very personable. With his help we were able to get things moving the first day, with their legal team jumping into the process the next day. Another thing we liked was their teams are in all 50 states, while also working with a solid and knowledgeable team of lawyers, headquartered out of Washington, DC. In the end, we felt we had found the right team and we look forward to our ongoing relationship.

Great customer service

Mr Givens just took a huge burden off our shoulders we wished that we would have contacted them sooner. Everything was clear and to the point. It was also a pleasure in chatting with him while we waited for his work to get done 10/10
