This company is excellent. They kept us fully informed and did a video estimate. Dylan,Marie and Clint worked hard and respected all our furniture and ornaments.Nick called in on removal day to check everything was happening according to plan.When we found a week later we had a few extra things to store Nick came back to the house and picked items up in his car at no expense. Every box was fully labelled to assist us in unpacking and sorting.I fully recommend this company.

The team were friendly, efficient, and looked after our equipment during both the move out of our office, the storage period and the move in to our new office.

Nick and his team provided an excellent service through and through. It was simple to request a quote, the quote was easy to understand and the moove itself was very smooth. We had full confidence that our belongings would be treated with care throughout and we could lean back and let the team take care of everything. Nick was great in the lead up to our move, he gave us a few tips to keep our belongings safe. On the day we had James and Dylan who were very helpful and fast in getting the flat packed up. Everything arrived the next day in good shape and they got the unloading done just as quickly. Would recommend this moving service to anyone

Call beforehand to discuss requirements and clearly discussed all the options with no spiel so could make an informed choice about what would work for us and also felt I could add extras if I needed them. Very smooth service beforehand to ensure I knew what would happen on moving day. Arrived on time and couldn’t have been more helpful and willing to help us and make the move as easy as possible. Felt we were in safe hands and all the staff were really friendly.

I couldn’t recommend Manchester Removals & Storage enough. This is the second time I have used their services, and each time has been great. From the initial video survey with Nick, to the move day with Eddy & John, everything ran smoothly. They really helped me when things wouldn’t fit up the stairs and were reassuring throughout the day, and put me at ease.

We moved from a 3-bed semi to a detached house and elected to use the full packing service plus dismantling and reassembling wardrobes and beds (including a cabin bed). Nick’s team supported our move over 2 days.

We had a fantastic service from Manchester Removals and Storage for our recent house move. Nick did a video survey and correctly predicted the boxes and packaging materials we'd need. We always had prompt responses to any questions, and on the day Dylan and Marie worked like absolute trojans, while remaining incredibly polite and friendly throughout the day. I think what makes this company great is that Nick really cares about what he does. We had a relatively smooth move, with one large hiccup - a vital bag that we had not meant to send with the movers ended up being packed, and then it didn't end up coming out at the other end because we thought it was already with us. Now, why am I saying this like it's great? Because Nick fixed it for us ASAP, he made sure the bag was couried down to us as quickly as possible, and no harm was done - wow. That's what you get with this company - an exceptional service, with Nick available on the phone or email to give advice and reassurance every step of the way, and a team of great, friendly, professional movers to do the packing and lifting. We moved from Manchester to Wales and honestly the team from Manchester Removals made it seem easy. I can't recommend them highly enough.

First time moving house solo, and Manchester Removals and Storage was actually recommended to me by my physio, so decided to proceed with them and so glad I did.

Nick was friendly, helpful, insightful, and most of all, made sure my needs were being met by his business. He made me feel cared for as a customer, which when your whole livelihood is involved as it is when moving, is a great sign.

For the move itself, Dylan and Clint were all stars. Got to the property in good time, got everything out with ease, and both of them had really good attitudes about them and a nice sense of humour, made the process a lot easier. Exact same when it came to moving everything in and up 2 double-flights of stairs, both of them an absolute pleasure to have had help me and would definitely recommended everyone involved to anyone moving anytime soon!

I moved in December 23. Had so many questions and worries because I had to do move from one place to another in less than 1 week with large furniture that had to be dismantled and reassembled in the new place.
Nick made sure all my questions were answered, he calmed me down several times before the date.
He was on the day to check if I’m happy and if I need anything.
His team was amazing, they were helpful throughout the day. I was still packing last bits and there were moments when they were helping me and they were very patient. Honestly there is not a better company to help you with your move!

Nick & the team did a tremendous job from preparation, to packing & delivering everything as expected!

The whole moving is well planned and executed. My family of 5 moved out on 2nd day of new year from a 3-storey apartment to a detected house with a lot of boxes and heavy furniture including a piano. The team of 3 came on time at 9:00am as scheduled and managed to move out in 4 hours and drove straight to my new apartment non-stop at 2:00pm and unloaded all the things into the house by 4pm. The team is really professional, efficient as well as nice and polite. And the company did follow through the whole move before and afterward. More importantly, the quote for the job is very reasonable and I am very happy with their service. I would recommend them to anyone who need to move.
