Great service and nothing was ever too much bother for the staff. Really good choice of kilts and accessories. It made the lead up to our wedding less stressful because it was so easy to pick up and drop off the kilts for the wedding.

Went in to the Edinburgh shop on the off chance they could help, they sized me up and came up with a choice of a couple in my actual size. Unfortunately they were in Aberdeen so they sent me photos and I chose the Highland Pride. It came within a day or two and fits like a dream, superb quality and I actually won a prize for best dressed man. Excellent service, excellent quality. Will be wearing it for my wedding in June too.

Great staff. So friendly and helpful. A credit to the company. Got myself a pair of tartan trews £70 and a tweed jacket and waistcoat, £199. Despite being ex-hire, they were in immaculately condition. The trews were a bit long in the legs. No problem. £10 to take the bottom legs up and ready to pic up 2 days later. 5 stars.

I ordered a waistcoat (quite last minute) for an event I was going to. Unfortunately, the wrong product was dispatched. I called the shop and spoke to someone who apologised and said they would get the correct waistcoat sent out that day by Courier and refund the postage for sending the wrong product back. The correct item was received the next day. Couldnt do enough to sort it and ensure the delivery was made before the event I was going too. Great service

McCalls was a fantastic experience. Three of us rented kilts for a wedding. They were patient while they taught us how to properly put on the entire kilt and made alterations on the spot. A very easy experience. The returning of the kilts after the wedding was no problems. We even accidentally left cufflinks at the store and they worked with us to get them back. Above and beyond service. If I'm ever going to another wedding in Scotland I will for sure use McCalls!

I was measured for trews in Glasgow's McCalls to match my partner's family tartan for our wedding last October. The service we received was excellent and the trews are the first item I have ever been measured and fitted for professionally. The quality of the finish I would say is outstanding and I loved wearing them with the hunting jacket and waistcoat. Everyone who has seen the wedding pictures or who came to the wedding complimented the tartan and both of our outfits. We also bought thistle kilt pins at the store, which we used instead of button holes on our jacket collars. All in all, excellent all round. Many thanks. David

I ordered kilt brogues from McCalls online that were unfortunately the wrong size. I took them to the local shop (Elgin) to change and, though they weren't in stock, the staff went out of their way to phone around and get what I was after, thereafter arranging direct delivery to my address. All round excellent service. Oh, and the shoes are great too!

I bought a Lovat green crail jacket and was really pleased with the quick despatch and quality and fit, the only downside was the hold up in German Customs but that wasn't McCalls fault. I'm entirely satisfied with my purchase.

Hired 6 outfits for our wedding in February there, staff were so helpful especially as 1 of them was a 4 year old. Outfits fitted perfectly and not 1 problem with any of our hires, would definitely recommend using the Dundee shop which i used 100%.
