Avoid at all costs

Recently involved in a no fault rear ending on my Motorcycle. Unfortunately the driver wasn't insured.

On contacting them they said initially it wouldn't be a problem and I let them try to progress my claim.

After getting an engineers report completed they said that unfortunately all they could do was claim on my insurance and give me a hire bike...

So it would seem that if you get hit by an uninsured driver there isn't a lot they can do.

I went through my broker in the end and they said it wouldn't be a problem as their car was insured. Got my bike back no problems at all...

At your peril use this company,their promise of a stress free experience is a total joke, And as for having two super bikes in British supper bikes is also a misrepresentation making bikers think they are on your side. Please please use your own insurance companies after all they will know how to deal with your claim ,is't that what you have paid for """. please read my daughters night mare on Google reviews on this company. £ 2400 new scooter now having a potential bill of £11200 .I could have bought 5 new scooters for this price ,hired top of range Mercedes for two years .Why didn't they just right the bike of.

Working with mcams now because bike got knocked over. Very good service. Hire bike exactly the same as my bike can’t fault them

Totally recommend. very professional company they help me trough the process of a Non-fault accident. They gave me all the support and gave me a new bike to come back to work.

Terribly disappointed with Mcams. Had a motorbike accident on 3rd Nov last year. Contacted mcams following recommendation from my mechanic. I agreed to them representing me. One year down the line, still no compensation. I was told they were excellent. This NOT my experience. They delegated the legal side of things to a company called Bond Turner (solicitors) which has been shockingly unprofessional. Mcams have NOT given me the choice of solicitor and their partner solicitor (Bond Turner) do not put in the work necessary to progress my claim. I do NOT recommend them. Bond Turner'' staff are also rude and despondent and will always blame their own laziness onto the client. I will be pursuing compensation from both mcams and Bond turner should my claim continue not being actioned. Finally, Mcams one and only phone number (03450541000) is disconnected.

My car was hit in a car park, we didn't really want to go through our insurance, knowing this could end up as a fault claim and we lose our no claims, so looked into other options, after getting conflicting advice from asking around I went to the garage i wanted to carry out the repairs and asked their advice, they put me onto McAMS and I'm glad they did, while the car was in for repair they sorted out a replacement car for us, delivered to our door, so far the service has been great, I'm aware there will be more paperwork to fill out, but our garage told us to seek clarification if there's anything you don't understand and the McAMS legal team have been nothing but accommodating so far, so I can't envisage there being any issues.

Honest review after 1 year, please stay away from this company, at the beginning they will make you feel everything settled so quick..let me explain from the beginning how they work.
they have a network in many local garages and mechanic would usually recommend this company, the movement you contact the company they will give you hire scooter next day early morning if you tell them that you don't want hire scooter(just settle claim) then they would not be interested in you and would say we can't go ahead without hire scooter, so I took the scooter, and after two weeks they told me that they will be coming to collect their hire scooter and I have to collect my scooter from the garage, so I quickly collected my bike and delivered hired bike to the local garage, next day I got letter about the price I will be getting with the amount on it.
then I got cheque after 1 month,i deposited the cheque and cashed out.
after this, I thought everything is settled.
three months passed and suddenly I got a pile of papers to sign and i have to give all bank details payslips.
all detailed I gave
1 year passed and its time to renew my insurance and on the insurance database, my insurer told me the claim still shows pending and pending means insurance company consider it as at "fault claim" and I have to pay an additional £400 premium, and my own insurance company saying they have no clue about who took the responsibility for the liabilities(claim not made through own insurance suggested repair management ) but I didn't lose my NCB as it was no fault claim.

Before going through all this claim, I read the reviews and contacted them and they said: "negative reviews are their competitors".(all positives reviews made by people are just within
1 month of the claim, all nightmare starts after 3 months)

if you reading this then think 10 times before letting them make claim on your behalf, they will keep your claim pending for many years and you end up paying extra premium...

Had a good experience with them.. Quick replacement bike and a good team, very helpful...

They have a quick response and support, I received the bike reservation in less than 24h. Super attentive, clear and objective language.
What helped me a lot was that they had a team of Brazilians so that we could communicate in our language.

was hit by a car in a petrol station, Driver tried to dispute despite there being CCTV footage at the forecourt.

I was thinking about my own insurance but had heard some stories about bikes disappearing to a central repair centre.

Contacted my dealer who put me in touch with McAMS, Bike delivered next day and value agreed in a number of weeks .

My friend had had an accident back in December 2018 on his bike. He got crashed by a car on the roundabout and had left a permanent scar on his right elbow. It has been almost a year now and Bondturner is still dealing with the case without providing much updates on the current progress.
It has been a year now and there is absolutely no sign of the ending date for the claim. To any of the Bondturner reviewer, please look into the case with Reference 101317/18.

Please do not use out of 13800 i won i have only got about 7000 no bike from them as well because was unable to ride after crash they are a joke go through you own insurance company and to finish it off it's been 2 and a half years for this to happen just a giggle of a company

I got involved in a traffic accident in Welling, I was on a motorcycle and stopped behind a silver Megane to wait for the Traffic light open. Out of nowhere, the driver hitched a reverse and Came up on my bike. With the impact The back of her car climbed on my tire. I called my colleagues who were close, I photographed the Incidentally, I picked up her phone (she wrote in her own hand) admitted her mistake in front of the people who were there and proto. Left. I was guided by colleagues to look for this company to Assist me, because my motorcycle broke and, amazed! I have the witnesses, I have photos, I have the phone The Cause of the accident (which are the procedures adopted by who is right. Company staff phoned the other party And she denied that it was the cause. Result? They don't want to take my case. Guided me to look for video of the accident on cameras, I got one that, even being distant, can see her movement Share Coming up Of me. I believe that, plus the photos and more the witnesses would suffice, as it was enough to ask her two questions in court 1- if she was right, because she did not pick up my phone to charge me the damage. 2- Why didn't you take pictures of the accident? Things I did. I went after all the establishments with cameras, already I reported the police. I feel sad and hurt by this offender who, just for Have denied your Guilt on the phone, nullified all my evidence.
