Edit: Exactly what I just finished stating in my review. Mbit strikes back with a B.S. denial. No, that is not how your system works. Heres what happened, I cicked withdraw, a box popped up where you enter the bitcoin wallet. I went to my new wallets website, where I copied the address. Then I returned to mbit and pasted it into the withdraw box, and requested the withdraw. Never did I go to my Robinhood account, not until mbit told me it was sent and delivered, and I asked them for the wallet and blockchain info, and I was scratching my head for a minute wondering who's wallet they sent it to. And mbit told me they sent it to the wallet they had on file. Later during our conversation before they just ended it and that was it, they told me that it was sent to the wallet imputed at the time I requested the withdrawel. NO IT WAS NOT. IT WAS SENT TO THE WALLET I USED LAST. The wallet that apparently mBit saves and keeps in my file? It never went to the wallet I requested it to go to, instead they sent it to the wallet they had on file.

But as stated in my original review, mBit got me banned from sending or receiving any crypto from my Robinhood account, my withdraw took days before I received it, I spent hours with robinhood support and hours of banging my head against the wall trying to talk to mbit, And still, mBit refuses to acknowledge their mistake. Why would I expect anything less? Im even more dissappointed after reading the response mbit left. False information, because that simply is not the case.

As a whole mbit has left me disappointed. I have only withdrew winnings once, and sent to my investment account wallet which got me a warning that I could not receive Bitcoin there, so the next withdraw i attempted to make, I requested my Bitcoin to go to a new wallet, and give them the wallet and two hours later I still hadn't received it, I asked them where it was and what was the hold up only to find out they sent it to the wallet they had on file. That ended up getting my buying and selling crypto privileges revoked and my account suspended and it will take up to ten days for them to send to the wallet I originally asked Mbit to send it to. I can even live with that, what upsets me about the whole ordeal is that when talking to Mbit support about it, they adamantly refuse to acknowledge their mistake. And get short with me and end our conversation. But what can you do? Nothing when you can't reason with someone when they refuse to take responsibility for their error. . I enjoy the Mbit platform, but when it comes to customer service and how you treat your customers when you make a mistake, they get an F. I couldn't even get a free set of spins for the hassle of me spending hours with my investment firm trying to get it sorted out and trying not to get my account shut down. Let alone the fact that I'm stuck waiting ten business days while my $600.00 USD is being held up and unavailable to me. Mbits response to all of this has been to deny, deny, deny.

This is more than a trip to the Moon. This is a safe and friendly environment and Ariana is a great support and is funny too! I recommend this over any other gaming experience.

At first the representative (Caitlyn) told me there wasn’t anything they could do for me but me being the person that I am I wasn’t satisfied so I looked for a solution and when I couldn’t find one I decided to come back to ask for help and this time the second representative (Kate) immediately jumped in to help me out with an exemption. She was very kind and not so dismissive as her counterpart.
