Read the reviews and was impressed by what I read. The other thing was the response time when I emailed with questions. Lightning fast! I also like that they give a discount for military service members. Product worked flawlessly, but I do wish Nissan was more Android friendly. Shipping was super fast too. HIGHLY SATISFIED!

Just as advertised and works great! Dealers should be ashamed of themselves for not supplying these SD cards with your new car purchase.

Definitely low price for update maps to current version as compared to buying from the Dealer.

What was great and what was average!
I thought that the experience with ordering the product was excellent. I was pleased with the emails and Personnel that I had to deal with when I had problems they did a great job
Now the average part. I ordered the product with 2-day express shipping . the label was created on December 26th. It was not picked up until December 31st and I did not receive it until January 5th
The product was nothing like described in the promotion on the internet . it doesn't have hardly any of the features that I was expecting. There was no instructions with it on how to load except what I had looked up earlier .I left the car off and inserted it and I was supposed to get instructions and there was never any. It's just an average product not much better than the one I paid $35 for except it has voice activation which doesn't work real well

At the time of purchase I wasn't sure if the SD card was going to fix the problem. I'm happy to say that the problem is resolved. The car dealer was saying I had to replace the entire unit. That would have been between $1200 to $1500.

Didn’t work with my 2018 Mazda CX9 even with their survey. Apparently all CX9 models don’t work and their help was just repeating the same answers. Credit came fast though.

The maps are outdated. My house which was built in 2014 does not show up! That's over 10 years!
