Navigation card worked perfectly for my 2021 Mazda CX5. I placed the card in the slot BEFORE starting the car. It took a couple of minutes for everything to upload properly. I'm pleased with my purchase. Just be aware that you won't be able to update your navigation maps with this card.

Navigation disc works

We did get our map card for our Mazda and it went into the slot. We had a tough time to get it to work. We finally gave up. So, I wrote an email to the company for some help to get the map card to work in our car. When I submitted my inquiry to the company, there was a notice that said that a reply could take up to 48 hours.

About an hour and a half later, I went down to the car to see if I could get the map card to work. I turn the car on to auxiliary and the map card started working. I could hardly believe it. I just wish there were instructions that came with card. I might have been helpful.

It has been over three weeks and I still haven't heard back from the company about my inquiry. I also checked my mail and spam mail to make sure I didn't miss it. Nothing has showed up so far. It would be nice if customer service would have reply.

In the end the card got here and it took our car a little while to interact with the map card. It did finally connect and it does work good and that makes both happy.

The merchandise we ordered was correct and we were able to use it right away.

The product was working pretty good and then several days in it just started glitching, the stopped showing me speed on the display so I keep on having to eject it put it back in it will come back on, and then it will just show a random town that I'm not in on the GPS portion that it'll work fine again for a few days and start all over again.

Nav card was faulty, caused GPS unit to freeze in car. Contacted their company, they advised that upon receiving proof of return shipment they would exchange the item.

After slight delays received refund from company and apology for delay in communication. Too bad the nav card didnt work but only lost $15 in return shipping.

I ordered a nav card for my new CX-50. Fast delivery. Great product at a perfect price. Beats the dealer price by a large amount. Thank You.

Great selection of products, ease of service and worked as advertised!

The chip is stuck on the pacific northwest region when you hit map details. I can move the region to the south but the minute I exit that screen details it reverts to pacific northwest. I would give it 2 stars but the 2 emails I have sent to customer service have not been answered. I did try reaching for a destination near me but it didn't change the issue. My previous chip did not exhibit this behavior it just worked.

The part I received was the wrong product and I reached out to Mazda and they fixed the situation promptly and fast. I’ll recommend you to anyone I knows who own a Mazda
