Mayukh Tea promised buy one, get one free as Republic Day offer. I purchased tea but not received Republic Day offer as promised. However quality of premium first flush tea is good.

1st flush poobong. Quality and taste deteriratiion
Myself has experiences of earlier purchases of poobong 1st flush. The last consigned product quality is below par. No aroma, no taste like before. Appears to be old stock sold at higher price.

Unique experience of Tea Testing
At the onset, I convey my thanks to Mr.Rupesh Pradhan and his brilliant team for teaching and experiencing the actual techniques of Tea Testing. It was a lifetime experience.
The Masala Tea, Darjeeling First Flush & Green Tea that I bought were very different from what I had to date. Within a week I got more lots couriered which is again to be appreciated because of their Team's efficiency. I wish them all the good luck and believe they will be in A category Tea brand at the National level.

I have only had the masala tea and I love it.TBH, I cannot comment on any others as haven't tried it.But must say,has some trouble on my end making payment for the online order which was resolved the same day by a call from Darjeeling which allowed me to make the payment and receive my precious masala tea.Thank you.

I placed order on 24 September and…
I placed order on 24 September and received the item on 8 October. I was told it would take 10 days at most due to weather issues which might cause a delay in delivery. This was meant as a gift for someone who had left by the time it arrived.
Everytime I checked the delhivery link for my parcel the delivery date got extended automatically. No reason mentioned.
This is just wrt to the delivery not the product

Nice tea and helpful staff
The teas from Mayukh were quite good. There was some technical issues with the delivery. But, the people in the Mayukh tea were quick to resolve the problem, once I conveyed it to them.
