My first experience with Mayukh Tea was at their tasting centre at Darjeeling where I got experience the true essence of Darjeeling teas.
They have wide variety of collections and I would urge you to visit them if you are in Darjeeling.
I am now hooked to Darjeeling teas for my daily cups.
After my stock got finished I have placed repeat orders on their website and the delivery experience has been good with online tracking available.

Outrageous extra costs
I paid you $30.15 for the tea. When UPS delivered the tea here in the U.S., they forced me to pay additionally $71.50. Why didn't you indicate, when I ordered the tea, that I have to expect to pay such an outrageous amount? I know that tariffs on Indian products are 50% on average. I paid about 250%. For what?

great customer service
great customer service! I was waiting for an order to arrive, when it didn't come I wrote to complain, thinking i'ld be brushed off. instead my order was quickly replaced and the new order arrived. I was treated with respect and care. the next time I ordered I used a non mail delivery service and delivery was timely. I will continue to order from Mayukh for my tea needs; quality of Darjeelings is excellent and service is excellent.

No sign of my order and no tracking info
Bad timing to ask me how it’s going when I cannot find out the whereabouts of my package and the only news I’m given by customer service is that it is dispatched. And my order was made 3 weeks ago so you have to wonder when no tracking info is available.
