WIX is ​​practicing a predatory practice. :( I had €680 left in my account for WIX, even though I had closed the service and hadn't used it for a year and a half.

To start the first agent either could not or would not answer simple questions about pricing and or services. Then needed to transferred to another agent that was able to answer most of the questions. However "Their selling point was the 50% discount." Which is not really a discount and is only bringing down the inflated price to the stated standard price. Then after being transferred again. I was directed to the pricing page where there are the listed plans all showing the monthly price and what the plan includes. I was then directed to the second page of the pricing plans which showed greater monthly payment discounts based on the length of the service plane.. all well and good.. then comes the old switch a roo. As I was to find out there are no monthly payment plans available as advertised and the only way to pay for the plan is on hugely over priced singly payment. ONLY A FOOL WOULD PAY 100% UP FRONT FOR ANY KNID OF SERVICE PRODUCT. Please note that a copy of this is also being placed on "Trust Pilot"

Een fout opgemaakte factuur werd niet rechtgezet. Met verwijst naar wetgeving. Ik betaalde ten onrechte btw. De factuur was fout. Ik vroeg terugbetaling + een juiste factuur en kreeg een hoop excuses. Ik ken geen enkel bedrijf dat er niet in slaagt om een foute factuur te vervangen door een juiste. Of een creditnota op te maken voor de foute factuur en een juiste te sturen. Nooit eerder zoveel slechte wil en onbekwaamheid tegengekomen.

this has got to be the worst customer service i have ever encountered. eventually you get to the point the bot can't help, and there is no way of contacting a real person. they have the appearance of having live help, but there is never any answer

Wix hotels version is awful.It duplicates your check availability page for some reason which looks poor and if you hide either one you can't see any availability at all. It's been like this for months and nobody addresses it. It's a shame because I was happy with the rest of it but I'm going to have to go elsewhere because this is losing business for my company

WIX was the first platform I ever used to start up my business. They have multiple templates to choose from and provide many different tools for your website. It can be very confusing and WIX's support team is pretty unreliable. Besides that, you can make a great website with them, but you need to pay several payments to actually make it your own.

WIX is usually a company that is commonly used by beginner business owners who want to create a website for their company. I have to say it's extremely easy to use and setup, but it leaves most websites created by them, looking the same and showing multiples of the same setup and templates. A lot of the websites I've seen setup by WIX will lack fine tune details such as clicking on logos and not leading to the home page.

Ive just been contacted by WIX in what seems a very lukewarm manner asking for more information . They then tell me I can say what I want in a review . Really Wix I can say what I want can I ? I know I can say what I want …. I’m not some corporate led drone that you employ. you should actually be pursued for your scam. Not one lead, nothing even after contacting you and letting some moron call me that knew little to nothing about websites and marketing. It beggars believe how you have got off so long with your inability to collect money from people and give them NOTHING in return. I even asked for a contact or customer contact that was happy with your services so that I could talk to them …. How odd you couldn’t help me …. Very odd not being able to provide me with that information. You took a years money and I spent time calibrating and fitting the site up with my own images and script and THOUGHT it might at least bring me one lead ? Nothing . Not one . If anyone is considering Wix leave alone . Use Wordpress or any other company . Money gone time gone and these corporate scammers still take the money. Yes Wix I’m aware I can write what I want. Think yourself lucky your not getting written to by an attorney…. There again I might not rule that out. Your an utter disgrace to the industry .

Very Bad Customer service

They offer support and answer you only if you are a new customer.
But if you are an existing customer they won't answer.
They even try to sell firewall services and claimed that my website has malware to sell me stuff even though I hired security experts to check on my site and they found no malware whatsoever.

When i went on this site i tough its free domain and everything is so awkward but when i met owner of this site , i'v changed my mind, we went everything how he got writen on the site and now i got 530$ for my kara tiger tooth
