Amazing customer service and fantastic product quality!

I ordered BeauFort London Iron Duke Friday in the evening. I got the fragrance on Tuesday the following week after they sent it on Monday. What's not to like? And they used UPS, not a cheap, scammy, alternative like Fragrancebuy does. The fragrance came neatly packaged and included a Thank You card. Iron Duke, a total home run, surpassed my expectations as a blind buy. I just wished the rest of the collection was available as well. Overall, I'm highly satisfied and I would recommend their services to anyone.

Well, I was surprised that Max fragrance shipped so quickly, that was a good thing. When the package showed up within a couple of days, it was beautifully packaged in a gorgeous black box which I also liked because it was just a little more personal and just very pretty. I’m definitely going to order with them again. I’m just waiting for them to get my fragrance in and all the fragrances refresh none of them had turned bad or smell bad they were all fresh.

Great price, shipping cheaper than anywhere else and it arrived 2 days later! First time purchase from MF and it won’t be my last. Highly recommend!

Online search is easy and deliver precise results.
Person at the counter at the time of pickup was courteous and helpful.

Although compared to other sites, this site is a little dated. The fact that I have someone I can call is great and two stored in Toronto to pick up from is great.

Got my goods in great condition. Will shop here again for sure.

More than happy with my purchase, absolutely fantastic fragrance, thanks a lot

Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback. I had a great experience shopping with you and I can confirm your fragrances are authentic, which is really important to me. The only thing I noticed is that some of the prices, are a little on the higher side. If there’s ever room to adjust, I’d be happy to shop even more often. Overall though, I really appreciate the authenticity and service.

This is for anyone that’s not sure if this is legit or not, its 100% legit I’m not an ai and the message is not fake I ordered 2 fragrances took less than a day to get processed and was delivered the second day. I live in Quebec and it took 2 days, great prices, packaging and the fragrance is authentic.

Great experience buying with this company. Very fast shipping and very good service.

100% authentic. Fast delivery.

Ordered a fragrance online for Toronto pickup. After quick communication, I got my order without issues. Bought a tester authentic scent and I’m very satisfied. Would shop again.

Authentic fragrances, great customer service.

This online store is Legit. Good price. I got free shipping and discount with a coupon. I'm a happy customer.

What a wonderful company!! Extremely fast shipping and so happy with my purchases so far.

Good selection. Great packaging. Quick shipping. Only thing that would be nice is maybe testers of other brands that would give me more options for future purchases.

Was sent 1 item that was not what I ordered.

The staff were very helpful when I had a mixup when I ordered online. I ordered an extra product by mistake and they were able to change my order before shipping it. The product is exactly as stated got it very quickly and I have no complaints I’ve used Max frag a few times and every time it’s been just fine I was also able to have a fun chat with one of the guys or the store in Mississauga. Yeah they’re pretty good Shop. I think I should give it a shot.
