Hired Max for a complex character modeling and rigging project for a 3D web game. The work involved sculpting a game-ready character across two LODs, PBR texturing, full skeleton rigging, and building a retargeting pipeline to transfer 90+ legacy animations to the new model.

Max's technical knowledge is world-class — he navigated a challenging pipeline (Maya → Blender → Three.js) and delivered a working character that loaded and animated correctly in our engine.

Communication was excellent throughout — detailed progress reports, hour breakdowns, and thoughtful solutions to technical problems. He consistently asked the right questions and flagged potential issues before they became problems.
