Team Customer Service
I had a blowout flat tire driving from DC to south Florida on Saturday afternoon just outside of Walterboro, SC. Another major retailer did not have the tire and I managed to make it to Mavis at 4:48PM and they closed at 5:00. The female manager and her staff were extremely helpful and kind, but they also did not have my tire. However, the manager was determined to provide an option that was not an exact fit, but could get me back home. What is important is that she went the extra step and took the initiative to solve my problem, versus "I am sorry". Two other people also stayed until 5:40 to ensure, I could be on my way versus spending the weekend in Walterboro and hoping for a solution on Mon/Tues. Her actions were old school and genuine - my greatest appreciation and respect to these great people!

Excellent service
Traveling from Pa to FL, we got a flat in the middle of the night, pulled up to Mavis at 8am with no appointment and they took us in, got us a new tire and inspected the remaining tires. We were driving for close to 18 hours and nobody else would help us without an appointment. Everybody in the shop was amazing. they got us back on the road again in about an hour.

Terrible service...1hr to change 1 14…
Terrible service...1hr to change 1 14 inch tire (with an appointment)...telephone rep lied to me telling me the tire was a $111 tire but he would discount it to $75...after researching I found that it was a $50 tire...this was my first and definitely my last trip to mavis...while there I encountered another customer who returned there for them to repair the studs on her tire which they cross threaded...she told me of another customer whose tire fell completely off before she could drive off their property...a professional tire shop...I think not....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....
