I was greeted ,my oil change was started in a few minutes .I had a mostly comfortable seat to wait in and in no time it was finished and my car parked out front waiting for me.
These guys take care of all our vehicles! Always keep me updated on repairs and have the work completed in a timely manner.

Horrible business
Unfortunately , I have to give them at least one star. Otherwise it would have been zero. I made an appointment for 4 o'clock to take my truck in for an oil change. I arrived fifteen minutes early. Almost an hour later , I noticed my truck on the lift and all of the tires were off of it. When I asked what they were doing , they told me it was a courtesy inspection. I told them I never authorized any other work other than an oil change period. The guy told me it was mavis's policy. I later called corporate and found out It is not their policy. It took two hours to get an oil change on my vehicle! They were obviously fishing to find something else wrong on the vehicle to try and upsell. So instead of just taking the vehicle in and performing the oil change as requested and having me pay and leave , they caused a lot more aggravation for all parties. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. While I sat there for 2 hours , numerous other customers came in and everyone had a complaint. I would not trust these guys to wash my car Let alone work on it.....

Need state inspection
Need state inspection? STAY away!
They are absolutely horrible. I booked an appt for 10am and once confirmed, dropped my car. Came back at 3:30pm thinking it should be done...nope...they haven't even gotten to it. I complained and said my appt was made for 10am. and all the time slots were open all day ...why didn't they get to my car?
They told me that their online booking doesn't reflect the schedule in store...???? Why have online booking when you can't honor peoples schedules??
They told me to come back at 8am tomorrow...Next day, I called that morning and he said the inspection person (the manager) hasn't made it to work yet...(store opens at 8am). I said what time would he get my car inspected? He told me that guy should be in by 9am...ok, so I said I will be back at 10am to pick up my car since I need to go to work...
10am...nothing...they haven't gotten to my car (after he said it will be the first one to be done).
Stay away...what kind of business are they running..it's not a playground where you can show up to work whenever you feel like and are too lazy to do your job....store manager or not!
People have schedules also...
My overall impression, the store manager is a lazy ass that wobbles to work when he feels like it...since he won't be reprimanded.
He wasted my time...and lied about.
I can't stand their lack of integrity and not caring for other peoples' schedules.
Online booking should reflect your appts for that day or what is the use of appointments??

Badly run operation
Went to have a tire noise checked out at Mavis Tire on Lewis Road in Royersford, PA. Was told it would take an hour. Left after 90 minutes when the manager told me it would take another 30 minutes before they could even look at it. They have no staff. The manager was in the bays doing work himself. Not sure you can count on quality with a place that is badly run.

I had an emergency tire repair. Cowboy was able to fit me in without an appointment. The service was excellent, speedy and professional. I will be using this location for all my future auto repairs.
