First, I call and they tell me they can install my tires and do an alignment. They say to come right in. I get there in ten minutes and they now say don't have time for it. I question it and say the appointments and quotes are all made through a "call center 2,000 miles away and they make these "errors" and promises that can't be kept all the time". Here exact words. She said they lose a lot of business and have many angry customers over this. I ask if the owner is aware and she says yes, they are aware, but don't do anything to correct the problem. I bring the truck by the next morning. Then they can't do the alignment because they can’t seem to loosen the tie rod adjusting nuts. I do a lot of my own work and can get the get them loosened with ease. Then the tires they installed we NOT even close to being a direct replacement or equivalent for the tires I had, even though they told me they would be. They installed street tires in place of off-road tires. Huge difference in treat type and ratings. Hardly equivalent. Back when this location first opened, they were great. They've steadily gone downhill over the last 5 years or so. They've lost me as a customer.

I made an early morning appointment to have my brakes done at Mavis Tire. . I arrived at the appointment time, gave the keys to the manager. After 1.5 hours my car had not been touched. No communication from the manager. Mechanic who does the brakes was working on another car that came in 30 minutes after me. POOR SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION

If I could rate this company zero I would. My son went in for an oil change and they did not close the oil cap. Oil was all over the engine. We took it back to them and they said they cleaned it but they did not. The cap also caused a dent in the car because of where they let it.
We gave them the benefit of doubt and went back another time to cha he the oil. This time they did not close the cap on the underneath. Oil leaked out.
The car engine could have been damaged, time will tell.
They lied also about the brake pad saying it needs to be changed where it is no where close to being worn as they said.
They do not care about customers. They only care about making money. For people who is clueless about cars, they will say u need something for the car when u don’t. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to be robbed.

Learnt our lesson well. They put their customers lives at risk all because they don’t care.

Will never go there again.

Went to mavis had oil change on 12/29 roughly you can call it 1/1/23. On 5/6 I went back for oil change and free tire rotation. Was told on my recommendations that my shocks and struts need to be replaced and can’t rotate my tires because my car will vibrate. So your telling me in 4 months since I was last there my shocks and struts are shot. I’ve been around long enough to know if your shocks and struts are shot you will feel it in your ride and handling. Since then I have had my tires rotated 1week later and was told my shocks are fine. It basically boiled down to mavis didn’t want to complete the FREE TIRE ROTATION and wanted to scam me with shocks and struts for 1869.99
I was going to say something at time of check out
when picking my car up but decided to keep my mouth shut.Needless to say Mavis scammers I won’t be back. I hope others read this and stay away.

I got in early and was able to wait. Kasey got me right in. He was very easy to work with. I have been coming to that location 5 years even before it was Mavis. I would recommend this location to anyone. Great customer service.

I came to this location to have my oil changed. I had a limited amount of time in which to have this work done and Bernie was gracious enough to work me in. Bernie is good asset to your establishment.

I dropped off my car for an 8 am appointment with a slow tire leak. I was greeted immediately and respectfully as always. This time it was Kasey who was my service technician. He was helpful, honest and explained everything. Kasey said he would try and fix the tire if it was fixable. I returned to the store after shopping about 30 minutes later and the work was just being completed. Kasey did exactly what he said he would do, he fixed the tire and the charges were very reasonable. When I was picking up my car Kasey was also teaching a new manager Chris. Kasey was as patient and understanding to Chris as he was to me. Good luck Chris. I would definitely recommend this Mavis store to anyone.

Doug was extremely helpful, he made sure to listen to what I needed and helped me get to work on time by getting my tire repaired in a timely manner. I love the convenience location, great service and good prices. This is the 2nd time I have had to stop at this location in the past month for car related work and every time the service is exceptional. Very grateful to have your business so close to home.

Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 8:00 am. Auto was serviced at that time, and I was out the door. Excellent customer service, I had a busy day and was glad to have that task taken care of. Efficient desk service also.
