Complaint Regarding Faulty Wheel Alignment Service

I took my car to Mavis Tires at 4025 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, GA 30096 for a wheel alignment on 2/20/25, I was charged $130 and the manager, Nathan Maynard, assured me the job was done right. On my way home, the alignment still felt off. I returned on 2/24/25, and they rechecked it, giving me a printout showing the supposed corrections.

Still unsatisfied, I took my car to Lexus, where they confirmed the alignment was still off and charged me $155 to properly fix it. The car now drives perfectly. When I asked Mavis for a refund for their faulty work, Nathan refused and told me I should have let them try again.

Bottom line: I paid for a service Mavis Tire failed to deliver and had to pay again elsewhere to get it done right. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of money. Avoid this location! 🚨👎
