This location has always been accommodating and customer service oriented foremost. Mike, the service manager, has always been fair but at the same time has recommended safety first.

Flew in to visit our daughter and found she had a flat tire. Took the tire into Mavis for repair. They resealed the tire and put in a new valve. They also gave a great suggestion for a spare replacement. In the end, they charged us nothing for their time and let my daughter know to come back anytime and they will take care of any of her tire needs. We were overwhelmed with their care and concern as we live away and knowing there are people out there to help is pretty amazing! Thanks Mike for great experience!

Don't use mavis
I don't know where to start so I'll start with the oil change,been coming here for years I use conventional oil they put full synthetic in and try to charge me.The flat tire needed replacement, I bought the tires here months ago Goodyear tires,instead of replacing it with another Goodyear tire they just went ahead and put a different brand on my truck charged me double for mounting and balancing lied then lied again.I paid 291$ for 240$ tire,they will not hold themselves accountable for there own mistakes.

How one little nail cost me $2,500. Not Happy.
I took my car in for a nail in the tire. I was informed that that it was on the sidewall and the tire had to be replaced... which meant 2 tires. Then they called and said I needed shocks and struts. $2,500 later I picked up my vehicle and it CONSTANTLY squeaks. I gave it a month to see if things needed to break in and took it back today. They told me "that's how after market parts are - there's nothing we can do". I will never do business with this company again. Completely unsatisfied and feeling like I was ripped off from the word Go.

They destroyed my engine and are procrastinating on repairs required!
I have been using Mavis in Phoenixville PA for years, I took 2 of my vehicles in on March 12, 2022 for routine maintenance, Long story short, They never put the oil cap back on my vehicle. 3 days later the engine and oil light turns on. We took it back to them and they agreed that they destroyed my engine however its now 3 WEEKS and I am still waiting on Management to approve my vehicle repairs although they were the ones responsible for destroying it. Mind you I have only had the vehicle for 6 months and am still making payments on it. Kevin (the regional manager) could care less for the frustration and inconvenience its causing. This company could careless for their customers no matter how many years you've been with them. So disappointing and extremely frustrating. I will not recommend them to anyone and will be looking into legal actions since they keep procrastinating on my vehicle repairs by management according to Kevin, their Regional Manager.

Dear Leslie, we truly apologize for this incident. The reason it took this amount of time is that we had to wait until at least three estimates were obtained before corporate could review and authorize the repairs. Insurance usually requires up to 4 estimates to compare, but due to time constraints nationwide, we lowered our standard to three. Our records indicate that you were able to connect with Kevin and the work to repair the vehicle has already been approved to be done at the dealer. In addition to this, Kevin refunded for all out of pocket expenses as it is essential you are made whole! We are so sorry for this situation and have used it as a training opportunity for all parties involved! We thank you for allowing us the opportunity to make this right.

As always great service at Mavis Phoenixville/Kimberton! The staff is so professional and pleasant :-) that goes a long way when your vehicle needs some unexpected work! The customer service is the biggest reason I keep coming back! Polite, accommodating and very timely service! What more can you ask?! Thanks Mavis!!!
