My daughter was hours away from home by herself headed to a wedding in an extreme time crunch when her low tire pressure indicator came on. I was able to call Mavis Tire in Orangeburg and they were so extremely helpful and reliable. They were able to get her back on the road super quickly and safely. I can't thank this group of hardworking and respectable guys enough!!

This is the worst place I have ever been too! If I could rate a zero, I would! So, back in November of 2020, I Purchased 4 brand new tires from this place. I paid over $400 dollars. At the timing why I was there they suggested that I need brakes, and an wheel alignment. I told them that I would let my Fiancé put the brakes on m because he knows how to do that. So a week later I took my car back to get the wheel alignment. That was $89.99 with a $10.00 dollar discount. After I got the wheel alignment my car was pulling. My fiancé suggested that I take the car back for them to look at it because he don’t think it was aligned. I took it back and and I spoke with the manager name David and told him that my car was pulling after I got it aligned a week ago. He said to me well I know it was aligned because I did it myself. So he took a look at it. Mind you now he never test drove the car the first time when he did the alignment or when I brought it back the second time. So being a female and not knowing much about cars I took his word that the car has been aligned and left. So anyways the car still continues to pull after I got it rechecked. My fiancé drove it as well and notice how bad it was pulling and said you need to take this car back because ain’t no way your car was aligned right, I never listened! I just kept telling him the guy said he aligned it! Couple months after I got the tires. My tires light starts to flash but it would go and comes right back on so, I'm thinking its just the sensor then all of a sudden it just stays on and never went back off so my tire felt funny on the driver side and was bumping. I get my fiancé to check it and he says the tire wore out on the inside. I was shocked to hear that when I just ain’t too long brought the tires. The next day which was July 23, 2021 I called them and explain the situation so the guy name Wayne said to bring it and let them check the tires. So, I take my car back there and they check the tires and comes to tell me that all 4 tires are wore out! This is July 2021 now, 8 months later all 4 of my tires are wore out! Like how do 4 brand new tires wear out in 8 months? I brought up to the guy Wayne at the front desk how I brought the tires in Nov and got the alignment in Nov as well and the car still continues to pull and that had to be the reason my tire wore out because maybe my car wasn’t aligned properly so that’s why the car maybe continues to pull. He made up all kind of excuses as why my tires could of wore out. The manager David sat in his office and wouldn’t come out to talk to me. So I ask the guy Wayne why wouldn’t he come out to talk to me since he was the manager, she finally comes out and said I was eating! So, you mean to tell me a customer comes in with an issue and you just sits in your office and eats. Anyways, he goes to say well have you gotten the tires rotated, I said yes the last time I got my oil changed at Toyota. He tells me to get the paperwork showing when I got my tires last rotated from Toyota. I calls Toyota and ask them to email me the paperwork and they did. Goes back to the front desk to ask the guy Wayne for their email so I could email the paperwork, his response we don’t have an email so, I said what about a fax number he said that he don’t know if the fax number worked! So I goes all the way across town to get the paperwork from Toyota just to get back there for the manager David to tell me to call the 1800 number for complaints. Also, the same day I got the alignment back in November, 2020 I purchased some windshield wipers and couple days later they flew off the car. I had to go back up there and get them reinstalled! I spend over $500 dollars there for them not to do anything about it! That was my first and definitely last time going there!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome experience. I’m visiting friends and found a nail in my tire with a slow leak. Took it in and David and crew got right on it. While inspecting tire, they found a bubble in the sidewall. Potentially dangerous situation. Replaced the tire with same model tire ( on hand, too). Had warranty protection on it so got a prorated rate and was in and out within 40 minutes. Sharp group at Orangeburg Mavis. Thanks.
