Shaun was sooooo freaking amazing!
Shaun was sooooo freaking amazing!! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation but had a few other problems that was pretty pricey. He did everything he could to get me a price that I could afford and I’m so grateful for that because his main concern was for my safety not the money.

Mavis tire is very unsafe
I took my daughters car to Mavis on Old Norcross Rd. I should have gone anywhere but Mavis. They caused so many problems and I wound up going back 3 times trying to get it corrected. Everything from putting an unsafe, damaged rim back on the front, did not air up the spare or even put a valve core in it. They left the lug nuts loose among many other things that were not done right. The worst thing they did however, was to damage and then remove the tire pressure monitors from two of my wheels. That's right, they disabled a federally mandated safety device on my daughters car. They refused to accept responsibility and wanted me to pay them to fix what they broke. They had me take it to a different location and all they did was make me sit there for two hours while they tried to find a way to blame me for the damage they caused. It's like when the government investigates themselves for fraud and surprise, surprise, they didn't find anything wrong. I wound up taking it to another shop to get the tire pressure monitors replaced. Now I'm out of pocket almost $400 because they broke my sensors. I tried to contact corporate and all they do is act like they care but they have never called me back to get this problem resolved. Please learn from my bad decision to go to Mavis tire and go anywhere but Mavis. The good price you think your getting on your tires isn't worth it when either your tire falls off on the way home or you spend hundreds of dollars to repair what they did wrong. STAY AWAY FROM MAVIS TIRE!

I had a wheel bearing replaced
I had a wheel bearing replaced. The service work was poor, and my ABS sensor was ruined in the process. There was a lack of concern after they damaged my car. My sensor is still awaiting to be fixed as they supposedly ordered the wrong replacement twice…Not to mention the cost of service was inflated! No need to pay more for a service and have them damage your car to boot. Save yourself the headache… find a competent service station. This is not it!

Excellent Service!
Service was quick and the representative at the desk was friendly and informative. Also after they changed my tire they put the hubcap back on which I didn’t even ask for but it was very much appreciated. I love they went above and beyond.
