DO NOT GO HERE
DO NOT GO HERE. I only have myself to blame for giving the store another try after a horrible experience a few years ago but it happened again. Very dishonest staff. Only looking to make a sale or upsell you. Went in for a tire rotation on a car that is 3 months old. Desk worker told me I needed new tires after looking out the window at my car. Told me electric vehicles were different and tires wear faster. That might be true but I am sure they don't wear out in 3 months and less than 10K miles. Went to another tire shop. No problems. Asked about the wear and they said it was fine. Never again with this place. Stay away.

Called in to get a bald park cost for…
Called in to get a bald park cost for an oil change on my SUV. The respond I got was to bring my car in otherwise they won't know how much it cost.
Call another Mavis at Keyport - they looked up my SUV and gave me an estimate over the phone.
Looks like Mavis Middletown NJ - just want their customer to drive in just to get an estimate.

This place has literally been the worst…
This place has literally been the worst tire shop I’ve ever used. Scheduled an appointment for 11:00 AM, appointment confirmed, showed up on time, finally gave up after they didn’t even pull the car in 40 minutes later. Asked for my keys back and left. I guess the free plug service I purchased doesn’t really matter - I’ll go pay somewhere else. Staff was rude - I just went here because this is where I purchased my tires. I’d recommend going somewhere else. Probably would’ve bought new tires from them like a month from now. Customer service is important - you never know when you’re going to lose a bigger sale, they just did.

When I arrived for my 8am appointment
When I arrived for my 8am appointment. Nick and Eric were standing outside smoking. When I approached the entry door Nick looked at his phone and said we got 10min because I arrived at 7:50am. The customer service was not professional. I’m a customer that’s coming for a long time. Eric is not accommodating like some other workers that work the front desk he seems not to like his job he has no personality.
