Brought in a trailer tire that was not repairable and the manager was very friendly and helpful in finding me options for a affordable replacement, awesome place ran by awesome staff, highly recommend 👍

The price for the tires was good, but when you give an appointment time, as we had at 9, then tell us it will be done at 12, that's not good. We had to call for a ride home until the car was ready, and I could use my truck to bring her to get her car. We weren't about to wait that long. Yet they called her at 10:40. After that, we left and came all the way home. Y'all need to honor your appointments and times better.

Had a bolt in my tire they took care of me quickly. Highly recommend this shop for your repair needs

Came in for my appointment to get inner and outer tie rods/ an alignment and some new tires had an amazing encounter with the Manger he explained everything to me in detail and the process in which everything was going to take place.

I would like to say I’m still checking my car out I gave a 4 because the issue I had took 3 hours the first day the second day I was told by Bryce that he would handle me exclusively and I’m a lot to handle in business since I have 2 of my own and learned what to expect at lease in customer care when spending my money. I’d just like to say Bryce is excellent management material he could take this Mavis store a long way and increase sales, he has the want too and the personality for it when he is allowed to take lead . Donald and I had a personality conflict , another reason I gave it a 4 he does not make eye contact And talks verbal skills that are technically uncomfortable for me and I just like bottom line. Bryce was able to give , great customer care ounce I was able to have a 1 on 1 with him. I feel we may have it figured out. Bryce and Boston took time at 8am , I told them I had to work they found the issue I felt when I drive my car. I’m very happy today but I have not gone over 45 yet. Bryce and Boston made me feel comfortable and safe in their care and gave me a discount for the future for my inconvenience and Bryce explained things to me using verbal skills that made me feel comfortable and kept eye contact with me while discussing which made me trust him and I expect this when paying out my hard earned money and making sure my car is safe.

I had an appointment and they took my car back even alittle earlier.
They were very knowledgeable and very friendly.
They talked to me about a problem with my van but assured me I could wait until after Christmas because my money is tight right now. Also, giving me a discount when I do come back and discount written on my receipt. I will always come to Mavis and tell family and friends.
