WE ARE WATCHING YOU ALL We just tried to call and reach at 914-984-2500 but 3 times our call got hungup by your team ! we are calling to speak with the ownership and authorities to negotiate this 2nd ransomare attack! by world leaks but if we will get ignored like this we will not be nice any more! we are capable to destroy entire business

This was an awful awful experience
This was an awful awful experience. My daughter’s car needed two new tires. We brought it to mavis. They replaced two tires. My daughter drove out of the lot after it was done and it was shaking and swerving to the side. Dangerous! We brought it back and the guy said oh we should not have put these tires on a Land Rover. I will find out who did this as he shouldn’t have. They then offered to upgrade the tires as a Land Rover needs better tires. We brought is back and they upgraded the tires. We just picked it up and again the car is shaking and driving off the road. I am extremely concerned and frightened by this and now I have to spend a lot of money at the Land Rover dealership to hopefully correct the mistake. My daughter could have had a terrible accident.

Mavis Little Falls: Subpar + Unprofessional
Visited Mavis Little Falls, NJ in June 2023 in my 2018 Honda Accord. Brake pad installation resulted in a disturbing rattling noise. I brought the car back to Mavis a week later - they did not even drive it - or do anything, really - to diagnose the rattling - but rather put my car on a lift for two minutes and then called me over to say that pebbles in a pan under the car were causing the problem. A total charade - all they cared about was getting rid of me without having to fix anything. So this morning, I took the car to Honda service, who immediately drove the car to hear the rattle, then found that the Mavis installation of the front brake pads was faulty - the pads were not installed snuggly, thus the rattling. I had Honda replace the Mavis (OEM) brake pads with Honda brake pads - so now significantly more time & money spent getting the job done. Of course, immediately after Mavis' bungled job was corrected, the rattle in my car is completely gone. I returned to Mavis for a refund on my front brake pads, which they did grant. But bottom line is this: Mavis Little Falls did shoddy work and then would not stand behind it when I returned to call out the problem. I spent about 8 hours all told on this project going back and forth to Mavis 3 times, plus back and forth to Honda to finally get it right. Mavis Little Falls: Subpar work, and totally unprofessional about fixing any problems arising from that work. You may think you're saving money with these guys, but I found out the hard way that in the end, the bill + time spent actually comes out MUCH higher.

Ed and The guys were very helpful to me this morning. I came in when they opened without an appointment and a flat tire they got me out as quickly as possible and on my way to work from start to go DJ it was a little over and hour to replace my tire and send me in my way
