Trustworthy company
The guys are always friendly and courteous toward my needs to get the car worked on. I had only scheduled for an oil change, but I asked them to check other issues for me too. They said that they would check it for me with no problem. Even though I only scheduled an oil change. They addressed my other issues and showed it to me before they took care of them. I had studs missing around all four tires. They told me about it, but I already knew it. They were very honest with me and they give me details on what I might need to do. My brakes had been making a sound for awhile, so I finally had Mavis to check it out. My pads was grinding into my rotors, so I asked them to fix it for me. Now my car is not making anymore noises and driving better than before. I want to thank Mavis for always giving me great service to fix my car. I will be back.

well i arrived at 8 this morning and went in for my appointment. The place was just nasty in the showroom. floor was dirty chairs everywhere
Trash can running over. the air vent was really nasty. the help was friendly though. This place was real busy when it was Griffens Brothers but now there isnt much going on. Somethings wrong. Clean this place up.

Quick and friendly service! I've been to this location before for various services for my car, and Dakota and the other staff are always helpful, polite, and attentive. They always take good care of you and your car here, and you can trust them. For this particular visit I was getting a North Carolina safety inspection on my car to renew my tag. I made a reservation online through their website, and went in the morning and they were so efficient. Thank you Mavis Tires in Lincolnton!

The service manager and technician got…
The service manager and technician got to me right away. Tire rotation and repaired a tire with some metal in it. In and out in 30 minutes. Checked my brakes and tires.

Poor communication
I came in for an inspection the other week.
The front tires failed. Ok, tires I wanted are not in stock. Ok, let’s order tires.
Tire’s ordered. Should be in the following day.
Scheduled an appointment the day after. The tires were suppose to be there.
Showed up for appointment,tires not there. Not a problem, but where is the phone call/ communication.
Ordered tires again. Expecting to get a phone call/communication of when they would arrive.
No phone calls/ communication.
During these times. It’s difficult at times to locate tires. You have to tell people what is going on.
I had to go somewhere else to get tires, and I paid for a new inspection just get it over with.
