Drove up from VA with a brand new set…
Drove up from VA with a brand new set of tires and noticed a vibration during my trip. Took my car in and told them what was going on. Jeremy took great care of me and the whole team was great to work with. 11/10 recommend and I’ll have a smooth ride back!

Had an appt to get tires put on and an…
Had an appt to get tires put on and an alignment done at 1030 in the morning. Dropped truck off at 1034 am dropped keys and gave cell number. Went over to walk the mall and got some lunch and they told me it'd be roughly hour and a half. At 1pm I decided to walk back over to the shop and look to see what's going on since I hadn't heard anything to find out the truck is still sitting where I parked and nothing had been done. The guy I checked in with originally seen me standing and had the oh shit look and about 2 minutes later they decide to go get the truck. At this point I'm beyond mad so I canceled and went elsewhere to get tires. I understand if they run behind but to not even notify me of any delay or issues just plain pisses me off since I had to take the day off of work. I called and spoke with store manager and his response was were in a learning curve right now cause I'm the new store manager is absolutely not OK. I've gone to corporate and put in a complaint as well. He should definitely not be running a store period. I've gone here for years ever since they opened and have multiple vehicles and people going there but will now find elsewhere to go. I do not recommend this store anymore

Mavis in Johnson City NY is excellent
The Mavis in Johnson City NY has not failed me yet... Eric was the point person today. He was supportive, kind, understanding. I felt that he genuinely cares about the business he works at. He was very professional. He has, as do all of the folks there, good social skills. They all identify themselves when the answer the phone which is very important... Eric helped me get my 16yr old Honda Pilot back in service because he and his team took time to decode the issues... Mavis in Johnson City NY is my permanent go to location for service!!
