Road Hazard Warranty = Fiction at Mavis Tire
If disappointment were a tire, Mavis Tire would overinflate it and still refuse to replace it.
I purchased tires specifically because of the road hazard warranty—you know, the thing they advertise to make you feel protected. Turns out that warranty exists only in theory. The moment you actually need it, the excuses roll in faster than a blown tire on the highway.
Suddenly it’s “not covered,” “not documented correctly,” “not our fault,” or some other creative reason to deny what they were happy to sell five minutes earlier. The tire was damaged exactly how a road hazard warranty is supposed to work, yet somehow it’s magically excluded.
Customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and acted like I was the problem for expecting them to honor what I paid for. No accountability. No ownership. Just corporate shrugging and hoping you’ll go away.
If you’re considering Mavis Tire, understand this clearly:
The road hazard warranty is a sales tactic, not a promise.
Once they have your money, you’re on your own.
Save yourself the headache, the wasted time, and the false sense of security. There are plenty of tire shops that actually stand behind their products. Mavis is not one of them.
