Great customer service…
Johnny the manager provides great customer service . I’ve been going to this location on and off for 15 years. The off years were terrible service because of their manager at the time. Now it has a team starting with manager Johnny where customer service is forefront . He goes above and beyond and that is the reason I’m back . That’s all a customer wants “ good service” . Johnny is honest and communicates well. Great teamwork here.

Entire Mavis Group of companies is under Attack!
WE ARE WATCHING YOU ALL We just tried to call and reach at 914-984-2500 but 3 times our call got hungup by your team ! we are calling to speak with the ownership and authorities to negotiate this 2nd ransomare attack! by world leaks but if we will get ignored like this we will not be nice any more! we are capable to destroy entire business

I made an appointment for Tuesday
I made an appointment for Tuesday, at the Fogelsville store, show up for my appointment & they tell me no one is there to inspect my car, and someone should have called me. No big deal, I rescheduled my appointment for this morning. I show up for my appointment & again am told that no one is there to do this and I again did not receive a phone call. Is it really that difficult to make a phone call if someone calls off? As someone who works in customer service, saying “oh there’s nothing I can do” after not even taking steps to notify a customer they can’t get their car inspected isn’t acceptable. It was only once my boyfriend asked if she could get us in at a different Mavis, that she even seemed to want to fix the issue that could have been avoided with a phone call.
We then went to the trexlertown location where they fixed fogelsvilles wrong & got my car inspected in a decently timely fashion under the circumstances.

Excellent service!!
No matter when I use the Fogelsville Mavis location I get excellent service. The guys working there are total gentlemen and I am never disappointed with my car repairs or tires. I highly recommend them.

My appt
My appt. was scheduled at 8am the first appt of the day. It took 40 minutes before putting my truck in the garage. I watched the mechanic eat a sandwich and drink OJ. And walk around before he even looked at my truck. Also had my daughters car in for inspection last year and they said she needed wiper blades , told me the same thing for my truck. And both times the wipers were replaced approx 2 weeks before the inspection ( on my daughters car and my truck) Seems like a scan and money maker for them.

Our locations are charged with the responsibility to suggest work that is necessary to ensure the vehicle is running safely.
