Great Customer Service!
I set up to purchase a tire yesterday, Sunday, here at the East Brunswick, NJ Mavis Store. This is the first time I'm using Mavis & this store. I ended up today, Monday, having to change the scheduled tire to another model of the same brand, because I'm only changing one of four fairly new tires, because of road hazard mishap, & all the tires need/should be the exact same model. Well, I spoke with Mary, who was absolutely wonderful! She looked up my order, understood the need to change the model & when she wasn't sure she could get it, she worked her wonders & called me back saying she could make the change & get the tire I needed. She then also went above & beyond by getting me a great price! So far I can't say anything but great things about the service as a first time Mavis customer. As someone who is also in a service industry, this is what keeps customers coming back! Thank you Mary for a great experience!

The car was supposed do done by Friday…
The car was supposed do done by Friday and asked me to confirm the service with them before 4pm Thursday. Then they said it will be done by Saturday. I called Monday and they said they just got it and the car might be ready the same day or Tuesday. I called the customer service number 5 times to speak to the regional manager. From Tuesday and tried twice today. No one got back to me. The store called and said the service was done and I can pick the car today. Nothing was done. I got home which was 4min drive and the same issue came up on the dashboard. I parked the car for 5min on my driveway and it just flooded my driveway with coolant. I checked the front and I can see the same old dirty coolant reservoir. They simply did not change a thing. I paid over $1650 for this?. I took the car back to shop and would like to pick it up tomorrow. I canâ?Tt deal with this anymore. I want the car back and I donâ?Tt need the service. The money I lost using taxi service is insane. If someone is not taking this seriously I would take legal action and will make sure I get my car back. Also when I got inside the vehicle I found the dashcam has been removed from the windshield and was hanging on the steering. As per my understanding there is absolutely no need to take it off. This is ridiculous. I have been with mavis since 2019 and have an account with them since then. Never had experience anything like this. This is simply unexpected. They promised to keep the car inside and it was parked outside. I passed by mavis on Saturday night and noticed the car was parked outside. I asked the store manager on Monday and he admit it was a mistake. Even though I am refusing the service, the will still not give my car back
