I had a terrible vibration after another shop put on bad tires. Mavis of Deerfield found the issue. Replaced the tires with better tires. My truck has never ridden better.

I use to only take my car to mavis in Deerfield and my record would reflect that. All my tires were from there. They forgot to give me my lug nut key once and I didn’t notice until my next tire replacement I dropped off my car and hours later I get a call asking for it, the man at the front desk said “we ALWAYS give you your lug key back. We don’t keep those here” They don’t have any or carry them or have something in the back(I’m sure they have them all over) I would need to get a new one. Another visit I brought my car in for a noise issue front passenger side. They call me I come back and they plugged a hole in my tire which I paid for but didn’t take my car in for that. I never said one thing about a hole in my tire. So I had them take the car back to check where the clicking is coming from. They call me back and tell me they don’t know where it’s coming from and won’t touch it because I have an after market suspension. It was a bad axel and they literally replaced the left side months before with no complaint from them about my suspension. Another visit I needed my tires rotated and they wouldn’t touch them bc the side was to worn down. (I understand liability reasons.) this week I call ahead of time, confirm my tire/price and when I could come in. The person on the phone said Tues 430 is good. I get there at 430 and the gentleman at the front desk said it’s too late you have to come back Thursday since we are open till 8.30pm. OK. I come back today 2/13. I get off early. I drop my car off. I get a call two hours later stating the tech that knows how to install that specific tire isn’t here today, you’ll need to come in tomorrow. After I just Uber end home and then uber back with no new tires. I drive off and THERE WAS NO LUG KEY IN MY CAR. So I had to drive all the way back to retrieve it. This is literally a waste of my time and it’s VERY frustrating. The guy at the front knew what size tires I needed and would know he needed that tech for them. I understand stuff happens. Mavis hasn’t given me a good experience in the last year and I don’t see myself going back.

Complete Rip Off!! Went in there for a driving belt replacement and asked them to check why their is a ticking noise that goes away when I start driving. They told me it came from the tensioner and they can fix it and charged me $963.00 for everything. When I got home and checked my receipt I saw they changed the Driving belt, Belt Tensioner, Idler Pulley and tensioner Pulley. ITS HARD to BELIEVE that a small clicking noise was coming from ALL 3 Parts. So I called customer resolution to see what they can do for me. They tell me they that a regional manager was going to call me back first thing next business day. Never called, so called back everyday after that and still no answer. When I finally get on the phone with Tom. He answers the phone giving me one word answers. After I tell him what happened he just brushes me off and tells me off and tells me he can't do anything before knowing what transpired. Complete BS. This business doesn't give a flip about its customers and only wants to Rip you off. STAY AWAY!!!

Friendly staff! Treat me right every time!! I trust them and the customer service is FANTASTIC!! In a world where customer service doesn’t seem to exist anymore, it does at this place!!! I have been a happy customer for 3 years now and it is “my” place. I will never take my car anywhere else!!

Needed a battery quick and it was installed and the car is now up and running.

Booked in for 8am oil change and service. Car taken in immediately and ready in one hour as told. Everyone here in the Deerfield location is extremely nice and helpful. I live in Fort Lauderdale, but choose to use Deerfield because of the staff here.

Tried to up charge by +$500 when I picked my vehicle up even though all parts and labor were quoted when I dropped the vehicle off for brake service. After arguing about the extra charge they finally reduced the bill to the quote. One year later and 14K miles later the replaced rear caliper failed causing damage to the rotor and pad. Since I had such a bad experience I brought the vehicle to the dealership that installs OEM parts.

Excellent service They know what they're doing. They explain and answer all questions. Warm and friendly.
