Very prompt and efficient service on a Monday morning

Thank so much for the Monday 8am appt for a coolant flush and oil change. My car was promptly brought back to the service bay within minutes of me getting there.

I was expecting it to be 2+ hours so I brought a book. I was unexpectedly surprised that it was 60 minutes tops.

Also thank you for being honest with always wonderful friendly customer service unlike the car dealerships that try to use scare tactics to get additional unplanned things done.

I have been coming to this same location for 3+ years and plan to keep coming back as a loyal customer.

Entire Mavis Group of companies is under Attack!

WE ARE WATCHING YOU ALL We just tried to call and reach at 914-984-2500 but 3 times our call got hungup by your team ! we are calling to speak with the ownership and authorities to negotiate this 2nd ransomare attack! by world leaks but if we will get ignored like this we will not be nice any more! we are capable to destroy entire business

Ask for Robert

I went in with a separate set of tires and thought I needed an alignment. With that being said Robert was a 100% honest guy and explained to me the issue as to why my rims I brought him wouldn’t be safe to put on. He also explained to me why my tires were not safe to be patchable. With all that being said he didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need he explained and showed me the reasons as to why it wouldn’t be safe to apply the applications I wanted he wasn’t there to make a dollar from me he was there to make sure I was safe and satisfied and for that thank you Robert! You deserve a raise!!! If you go to the location on Cortez I suggest you ask for Robert you won’t be disappointed!
