Great experience
I was there a few minutes before opening, the Shop Mgr Rachel was there on time and actually opened doors for a couple of mins before 8am. Once inside she was courteous, cheerful and very diligent, in my case, I was in & out in about 30 mins all issues and service resolved. The Technician was also very diligent and professional. This will be my go to shop from now on.

I was already annoyed at the fact that…
I was already annoyed at the fact that my truck failed inspection for tires and had called around to different places when I called Mavis on Chrysler Ave in Rotterdam. They were really helpful and actually gave me a pretty decent deal. I got the call center however and not the store, so when I came to the store it was a bit higher than I had expected. The assistant manager, Tammy, was very friendly and very understanding and apologized for the difference. I had no choice, I needed the tires, but her friendly attitude made the process a lot less painful. They got me in and out quickly but her attitude made the difference in whether I stayed or kept looking. Thx Tammy!

Spent 300 dollars on Mavis gift card to…
Spent 300 dollars on Mavis gift card to replace three tires on my Jetta. Unwilling to help. Unvalued as customer unwanted and uneeded. First guy I spoke to was willing to help and kind. Other 2 I spoke to were rude and unwilling to help set things up. They don't need the 300 I spent on card. They don't need me as customer. Not valued. Even talking to the lady before witch tryed to sell me on 3 new tires the last time I was in there. I followed up and made a purchase as she suggested and got a terrible experience aftwards. The lady changed her tune to be hostile the next time I spoke to her over the phone.
