Absolutely disappointed with the customer service at Mavis Discount Tire.
My son had a 12:00 PM appointment on 07/27/2025 for tires and brakes. He was told there was no need to wait—they’d call us, explain the issue, and get our approval before proceeding. We were told everything would be done in 1.5 hours.
We live just 4 minutes away, so I picked him up. After 1.5 hours with no call, we returned—only to find the car still parked exactly where we left it.
When we calmly explained the situation, one employee arrogantly said, “I never told you that—we’re busy, can’t you see?” No apology, no courtesy. When I asked why no one had called, he continued speaking in a condescending, dismissive way. And when I expressed my frustration, he simply said, “Here’s your key—you can leave.”
Unbelievable rudeness and zero respect for customers. This kind of behavior reflects terribly on the company. Shameful.

Last year August 2024 replaced battery. battery ded in May 2025, i vent to customer service but the guy in the desk he is so rude and ignoring me, i just left the place and i have to buy new battery somewhere ales, still last year i replace four new tires in another car and this guy's broke my tire sensor plus two tire flatten every 4 days, please stay far way from this guys who work in this place

I use them all the time for my repairs…
I use them all the time for my repairs but this time I went back to the dealer to get my air conditioner fixed. At the dealership they did a complete inspection and came away with tires needed replacing. I went to Mavis to have them replaced. Unfortunately Mavis told me I needed new brakes and rotors on all wheels. Funny thing is that the dealership said that the brakes were fine with plenty of wear left. Now I have to think twice about going back to Mavis to have work done.
