I was able to order a new set of tires…
I was able to order a new set of tires very easily over the phone with Debbie at the Mt. Kisco office. Debbie was very helpful and was able to order and have the tires available the afternoon of the same day. We had the tires installed the next morning. They were installed very quickly and with expertly. Thank you.

Beware Unneeded Services
In November of 2024 I brought my wife's Subaru in to Mavis Mount kisco New York to have all four tires replaced. I declined having the car aligned as it had been done a month earlier. My wife drove the car home and I drove the car the next day. Immediately the car began wandering to the right. I had to make constant corrections so that I could get the car to go straight down the road. I took the car home and checked the tire pressure. The rear two tires were set identically at factory specification, while the front tires were uneven with the left front tire having four pounds more air than the right. I corrected the tire pressure and the car now went straight down the road.
Two weeks ago I brought my BMW into Mavis Mount Kisco and had all four tires replaced, again declining a wheel alignment. Before leaving their parking lot I checked the tire pressure, and found the rear two tires were set exactly the same at 36.5 pounds, but the front tires were again uneven with the right tire having four pounds more pressure than the left.
As a former auto mechanic it is obvious to me that Mavis is intentionally setting the tire pressures of the front tires to be uneven so that it appears that you need a wheel alignment.
I contacted Mavis's headquarters and reported this problem. I was told I would hear from a territory manager which never happened.
As a consumer I would be very cautious of having any work whatsoever done at Mavis Mount Kisco, as they seem to have no integrity.

I own a 07 CRV
I own a 07 CRV. Lately my TPMS light comes on while driving on the highway. Came on yesterday for a longer time. Danny explained his guys will check it out.Gave me good advice and bring it back if there is a problem.
Danny, Joe, and Debbie take care of the customers. I bring my vehicle there for maintenance and they help keep it running. Thank you.

Waiting Time Was Excellent
The representatives were very cordial and helpful. I arrived around 8:00 AM and my car was taken right away. I had brought reading material for the wait and I was done by 10:00 AM. I had my rear brakes, rotors and brake fluid, St. Inspection and tire rotation.
I have been doing business with this business for over 20 years and always had good service. I would recommend this company anytime.

Great Experience at Mavis Mount Kisco!
Joe and Team in Mavis Mt. Kisco were great from start to finish! I made an appointment on line, came in when the store opened and they had me out in less than 45 minutes. Perfect visit all the way around.

Best Service
Best Service! Opened the store with Danny this morning since I had a low tire pressure warning on a rear tire. He welcomed me in as though I had a scheduled appointment! The team was able to diagnose and fix my tire quickly and get me back on the road! Very pleased!
