Customer not Service
I went into August 12 to have my tire checked I was concerned about a slow leak. There was nobody in the lobby to greet the guest. I had to wait a couple minutes, waving in the lounge through the window into the garage. Mechanic came in. I told him what I needed. He said he couldn’t take me today. He literally said using fix a flat might be a good idea any mechanic nose using flex a flat in a tire especially when they might have to be Purolator is a very bad idea. Then I told him I would be making a comment on this page. He said that sounded like a good idea. The shorter marathon definitely has no etiquette for customer service. Nobody attempted to try to make an appointment to see if they can help me another day. I literally went down the road to muffler man where I got greeted and helped. Really I would write this as zero but I’m the one whether I like it or not.

Mavis Tire aka Tire Kingdom Marathon Fl Keys needs help. Been coming here for service for some time and it appears that corporate is not giving support. Most stuff is broken on sight and not enough employees to service. This is not a one off but a year of observation. Customers come in and are turned away instead or worked with. A tire leak at most requires a plug. You can't turn someone away and not look at it. Another guy walked in why I sit and with nail. Turned away.... wow... Help these guys out Corporate this facility is one of the last tire shops in the Keys worth thier weight. Every one depends on this place from Key West to Key Largo.
