Never use Mavis
Went to get tires they told me my shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced to which I said to just fix the issue (big mistake) My shocks have been rattling since and the vehicle has been brought back 4 times. 2 times they told me they were fine and once they said it was probably just the boxes in the back. I emptied the vehicle and brought it back again and they said they didn’t have an employee on staff that day who could work on shocks. Months later still rattling I am fed up with it and asked for a refund (just for the shocks not for the tires) I’ve spoken to 5 managers and countless customer service reps. No one will take responsibility at this company. 2 managers just hung up mid conversation. Everyone said they would call back and never did I had to call customer service each time to get ahold of them again because store managers aren’t allowed to call or give numbers for their superiors.
