Too TIRED too work!
Mavis called me at 10:30am to make sure I was coming to my 11:00 as I had sceduled on line. Impressive!
Arrived at 10:50 handed over the keys. Walked up the street, ate breakfast and walked back. Its now 12:00 and my car hadnt moved. I asked why and was told "we take walk ins too! Why bother making an appointment? I as ked for my keys, The guy went in back and got them from another guy who started screaming and yelling and flailing his arms! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Also, there were 4 empty bays the whole time.

This was a very disappointing…
This was a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival I was informed that it would be at least 2 hours before they could accommodate me. I was there at 10:55 for an 11:00 appointment. Reason being, they told me, was an “Emergency” brake job! After I reluctantly agreed to wait, I was informed that the tires I brought to have mounted were larger than the manufacturers recommendation, and therefore they wouldn’t be able to do it. I informed them of the tires size when I made the appointment. In short, “they SUCK”

Every time I have a tire problem, you guys take care of it. You always remember me and assure me I’m welcome.

My service rep was really efficient
My service rep was really efficient, acklowledge my $10 off coupon and even got me out of there with an oil change and tire rotation in 35 mins!

Happy with the service I got. (Oil change). Quick and on time. Staff was extremely helpful with other questions I had that had nothing to do with the oil change.
