No-No the Mavis representative was professional, courteous, and made my stay as comfortable as possible.
The work done on my car was excellent. It was explained to me exactly what I need and why. I would recommend Mavis Tire without hesitation.

They were really nice when I had to deal with changing my battery

If I could give 0 I would .. customer services are horrible and be prepared to wait 4 to 5 hours.. the communication with the mechanics are almost none existent I the manager Jeremy is there it may go a little smoother other than that stat away find somebody else.. all the customers were complaining and sharing info regarding other service shops to take there car.

Beware! The Mavis on Glynn St. S. in Fayetteville will add charges to your bill without getting authorization! My estimate was less than $1300, but when it was time to pay the cost was over $1900. They replaced a left axle and wiper blades without asking or getting authorization to do so. Then, they expect me to pay for it! I reached out to corporate to complain and was told the regional manager would reach out in a day or two. It's been over a week and no one has called. Don't trust these people!

Editing to add a response to the owner, Pat. I did call the customer service line already. I made a complaint and was told the regional manager would reach out to me within a few days. I gave him over a week to call, but he never bothered. That is when I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and left this review. I'm surprised you can't find a record of my call, as it was made and apparently, ignored.

My experience today with Kody was phenomenal. He has a pleasant tone in his voice. He is a problem solver and not a problem agitator. Mavis goes through alot of transition with some good people. Sometimes that change is warranted and at other times, you sort of wonder what happened. I just hope that Kody is here for a long time to come. He is located at the Fayetteville N Glynn store.

I took my vehicle in and the employees are super professional and polite Shaqueda & Chris are awesome, I has an appointment for 1:00 pm I called and they allowed me to bring my vehicle in at 8:30 am I was out of there within an hour

Makayla at the the Fayetteville GA location is awesome. She let me know about the flex shopper program because I was really strapped for cash and needed new tires.

Steven and Mike are always courteous, helpful and upfront on prices and wait time. Definitely would recommend the shop but if planning on going in on the weekend(Sat) make an appointment. Sunday mornings seem to be a better time if looking to walk-in from personal experience.
