Great customer service
Called them on my drive home from work last night, asking if I could stop and get the tire checked. When I got in the car I had a low tire warning on my back drivers side. I told them I’d already driven 8 miles and the pressure hadn’t changed.
I arrived at 4:50. He pulled the car in and discovered a large piece of metal in the tire, not able to salvage the tire. He put my spare on, ordered me another tire, husband brought the tire in at noon today, I had coverage, had to remind the gentleman at the counter, but I got a discount on the new tire.

This is the fastest I've ever gotten my oil changed. Idk how you guys did it with this heat! Even if it would of taken awhile for my oil change, I still would give 5 stars. These guys do amazing work and should anything go wrong they go the extra mile to take care of you. Thank you guys for everything!!

The guys in Douglassville always treat us very well. Always friendly and the work is done well and in a reasonable amount of time. Shout out to Brandon. Great guy, always smiling and even though I've asked him to call me by my first name, he insists on Mr. Hallman. Keep that guy. He's a good dude.

Trustworthy Service Always
As they always do…the team at Mavis Douglassville took care of me when I needed tire service and automotive maintenance. They were thoughtful, thorough, and honest about what I needed and quick to get it completed correctly. I’ve never had a bad experience because they are just that great of a team. Thanks again!

The best Mavis there is!
I have been going to this location for over 5 years now and will continue to come here for my cars maintenance. I have since moved away from the Douglassville area but it is still worth the drive for me. Brandon is very professional and his team there is always helpful and very good at what they do. I have had everything done here from simple oil changes to complete suspension rebuilds. I highly recommend this Mavis location and Brandon specifically. This is coming from someone that has 10+ vehicles and a few fleet trucks that all constantly needs maintenance.
