I made an appointment
I made an appointment. When I showed up on time for my appointment. The rep told me I would have to wait an hour. I wondered well what was the point of making an appointment?! I stated I would be back in an hour. However as I got into my car, the manager sent a technician and told me he would do my service immediately. In addition the manager apologized and gave me a discount for the service. This is excellent customer service and going beyond. Thank you.

This morning I had a flat tire. I went to Mavis. They help right away. I had a nail in my tire. I didn’t had to wait.I was worried because I had to baby seat, but thank god I was helped very soon. Thank you
