I am on vacation with my family and ran over a nail. They got me right right in and fixed my rental at no charge i am very thankful for their help they did me a solid when the last thing i wanted to be dealing with was a flat tire on vacation with my kids in a rental. Thanks guys appreciate it

I was traveling home from Fla
I was traveling home from Fla. and started getting a flat tire, so I pulled into Mavis tire in Concord NC. and Evan took my information and said it would be about an hour for the repair and 45 minutes later it was done. I couldn't have been treated any better great place. Evan was great !!!!

Mavis on Concord Parkway…
The staff of Mavis on Concord Parkway were great. I needed help breaking my old tire off the rim. They even helped me with replacing the tire. I highly recommend them.

Mavis Tire in Concord, NC 01/21/2022.
Stopped in without an appointment for a leaking tire. They found a screw in the tire, repaired it, and didn't charge me anything.
Great service by professional staff.

3 days later and still no refund or…
3 days later and still no refund or even a phone call to see if my driveway has been cleaned effectively. They attempted to get the grease off my driveway with a power washer and now it only half looks like crap!
Terrible job trying to rectify the problem and keep a customer Mavis.
UPDATE- even after the response that we were being contacted immediately by John. It’s Monday morning and not a word from anyone. Terrible!!!!!!!
